One experience comes to mind as a huge help. I was on a plane coming back from London and my kitchen ceiling started to flood. They found a bucket in the house and put it under the drips, called me, and sent a video to my phone. When I landed I was able to schedule a plumber right away to meet me at the house. By having the bucket in place they prevented untold damage to the kitchen and basement. They've been easy to schedule and work with and respond quickly to e-mails. When I come home my little dude is always happy, well fed, and has plenty of water in his dish. If I wasn't moving far away, I'd definitely continue using their service. I never took them hiking before (cause my body is not ready) and we go to the dog park once every 2 months. He came to my house the day of to meet my dogs and answer any questions I might have. He drove 45 minutes to get to me, which I was very grateful for and surprised since I thought I would have to drive to him. My dogs loved him and he made sure to answer any questions I had. = DOG HIKE DETAILS = + Kenny will pick up and drop off your furry best friend! Which is perfect for those of us who work full time, super easy. + Pricing is SUPER AFFORDABLE. I looked at another website which cost at least $30 more and they didn't provide pick up or drop off! + You can either leave your door unlocked or give him your key. + Kenny takes SO MANY videos along the way, make sure to follow him on snapchat to see what adventures they went on! I saved all the videos by recording them. + He makes sure to give them lots of water and treats as well. = AFTERMATH= I was so surprised by how friendly my dogs were to the other dogs, and I'm sure they were super excited to be going on a new adventure. Enter Team Rexitron Kenny and Zoe replied to me within 2 minutes-record time!! So I called Kenny and he gave me a quote over the phone with very little notice. We set up a time to meet and they are a young and sweet couple. Their service was a great value for a full day of hiking and socializing. Our dog needs vigorous exercise and she was exhausted from the hike which is great for her temperament. They also include photos and Snapchat's of the dog, if you're into the social media stuff. When I contacted the owner, she merely defended the dog walker and acted like she thought this behavior was acceptable. While my dogs were alive and okay when I got back, I could not enjoy my trip knowing that I was thousands of miles away with an unreliable and untrustworthy dog walker.
