They found a bucket in the house and put it under the drips, called me, and sent a video to my phone. When I landed I was able to schedule a plumber right away to meet me at the house. By having the bucket in place they prevented untold damage to the kitchen and basement. They've been easy to schedule and work with and respond quickly to e-mails. When I come home my little dude is always happy, well fed, and has plenty of water in his dish. If I wasn't moving far away, I'd definitely continue using their service. Very disappointing. We've used this place twice, first as a test run and second for a week as we were gone for our wedding. We dropped our golden off and when we picked her up, she is covered in "hot spots" all over her body, from her lower back, under belly, and bloody pussy scabs all over her neck. I was not notified about my dogs condition my entire trip. When my husband went to pick her up, they said they just noticed it as they were giving her a bath, but the coverage on her body, and the severity of the puss and blood on her neck suggests it's been several days developing. I knew she was going to smell after the last time we dropped her off (as you can tell from all the reviews) but I didn't think the conditions would cause such terrible rashes. This is the first time she's ever had a rash like this. I wish they would have utilized the vet information we provided or called us while we were away. It's hard to understand how they didn't notice her bleeding from the neck until my husband was physically there picking her up. She is in a lot of pain and I would have at least scheduled an appointment with the vet asap. Pretty disappointing.

Not using her to groom my dog ever again. First, she cut the top of my dogs head weird and gave her…read morean uneven haircut. Second, when I smell her she doesn't smell like shampoo or anything pleasant at all. In fact, she smelled like cigarettes and I KNOW FOR A FACT it didn't come from my place because I despise smoking. Third, she hooked herself up to my house and used my electricity instead of a generator and charged me full price for it when she was using MY electricity AND without permission. Fourth, something must've happened during the grooming session because I see my dogs fur everywhere outside my house. Was she shaving my dogs fur outside the truck? If so, why? They normally do it inside the truck. She also did not clean up after herself very well and left me a mess to clean up so my second dog (a 3 month husky) does not come by and eat it up. Fifth, before I scheduled the appointment with her I asked for the pricing. She told me it would be $50. After the grooming is complete she charged me $60. Lastly, she hurt my dog to the point where she was bleeding under her arm and she didn't even bring this to my attention!! There is now a scab the size of a quarter under my dogs arm. I uploaded a photo. I'm very displeased with this service and I'm NEVER going back nor will I ever recommend her to someone else. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
