From the very first appointment, he made the entire process smooth, reassuring, and stress-free. While waiting for surgery, I developed dermatitis (skin allergy) from the prosthetic bra insert that I purchased online. Dr. Soler thoughtfully postponed the procedure to allow everything to fully heal so we could minimize any risk of infection and ensure the best possible outcome. That level of care and attention meant so much to me. He has an incredible bedside manner, takes the time to answer every question, and genuinely cares about his patients. I felt completely confident in his hands. I am beyond thrilled with my results. If you're looking for a skilled, compassionate plastic surgeon in the Tampa area, I highly recommend Dr. Soler.

I called the office, explained my situation and that I had my implants removed in 2015 and asked if it's possible to still have breast implant illness. Whoever I spoke to basically talked me in to a consultation with Dr. Soler and since he doesn't take insurance, the consult fee was $75. Everything I read on the website led me to believe that Dr. Soler is THE BII SPECIALIST and I figured it would be worth a shot to see if I could finally get some answers. I showed up 2 minutes past my appointment and had the office calling me to see where I was (parked out front of the office). I paid the consult fee and when Dr. Soler's assistant took me back to a room, she said "so you're here for a consult to remove your breast implants?".... Ummm noooo. I made it very clear on the phone before I scheduled the consult that they were removed in 2015 and confirmed this again when I checked in, before paying the consult fee. When it was all said and done, I got no help and am now out $75. And when you're living on social security, $75 is A LOT of money. Please be careful if you're interested in scheduling a consult for breast implant illness if your implants have already been removed. There was zero reason for them to schedule a consultation so the doctor could tell me that he couldn't do anything to help me rule out BII or in general!!!

They made me feel so at ease. The day of surgery I was greeted with a wonderful staff at the surgery center. When recovering I was given excellent care as well. Dr Diaco was very honest with what he felt he needed to be done and didn't do anything that wasn't needed. I was very clear of the size I wanted and he honored my wishes 100%. I am so pleased. The day of my pre op I had a facial with their esthetician and she is amazing. Highly recommend!! #thenashvillebeautygirl I would definitely visit Diaco Plastic Surgery for any other procedures that I consider doing!!!

I went in for a simple breast implant exchange in February and I ended up having three surgeries with him and had to leave his care in May to go to Baycare wound care because a wound opened up in my breast and he never tried to find the source of why my skin continued to break down. I had a Seroma that developed and he kept telling me I had an infection despite TWO negative cultures. 2 minutes into the care of Dr. Tas at Baycare and he found the seroma and I stopped leaking so much liquid within 24 hours. I am now in debt over $20,000 and have to have a reconstructive surgery by a better plastic surgeon in six months that will cost me $16,000-$30,000. I also have only one implant in because of all of this. It will end up costing me 36k minimum and a year anc a half of my life and he nor his staff cares... at all! I tried to tell him over and over that something was not right, but he spent less than two minutes with me at each appointment and simply did not care. My skin continued to break down, the wound continued to get bigger and I had fluid flowing steadily out of my body, and he still rushed his time with me. Please do your research on this doctor and save yourself the money, the trauma to your body and everything else that I have been having to deal with.

I am extremely disappointed with my overall experience and the outcome of my breast surgeries…read more After my initial breast augmentation, I developed what appeared to be an allergic reaction to the surgical tape, which led to serious complications. My incisions would not heal properly, and eventually both implants had to be removed due to the complications. I then waited several months to allow my body to heal before undergoing another surgery to have the implants replaced. During my final surgery, the manufacturer donated a mesh bra to help provide additional support and improve implant placement. Unfortunately, after everything I went through, I have been left with significant scarring from the infection and healing complications. One breast now sits noticeably lower than the other, my areolas are uneven, and the overall cosmetic result is far from what I expected. Given that a mesh bra was used to provide additional support, I did not anticipate experiencing such noticeable implant asymmetry. While I understand that complications can occur with any surgery, the final outcome has been devastating both physically and emotionally. What has also been disappointing is that after my fourth surgery, no one discussed the possibility of performing a breast lift at the same time to help address the effects of the previous complications and improve the final result. Looking back, I believe that conversation should have taken place so I could have made a fully informed decision. What has been even more upsetting is that after enduring multiple surgeries, lengthy recoveries, pain, emotional distress, and significant financial expense, I was told I would need to pay additional money to correct these issues. During my follow-up consultation, I was quoted approximately $8,000 for implant removal and a breast lift. Although the office reduced the original cost, I was still expected to pay thousands of dollars to address problems that resulted after multiple procedures. I understand that no surgeon can guarantee a perfect outcome, and I was not expecting corrective surgery to be performed at no cost. However, I also did not expect to be faced with another $8,000 expense after everything I had already endured. My advice to anyone considering surgery is to thoroughly research your surgeon, ask detailed questions about how complications are handled, and understand what options are available if you are dissatisfied with your results. Those conversations are just as important as the surgery itself.

It was important that someone I know provide a recommendation beforehand - I was very nervous about doing any plastic surgery. Although he and his staff (wife) were very friendly, Dr Halpern did what he wanted, not what I wanted. I wanted a C, I walked away with a DDD. On every follow up appointment I expressed concern, and they continued to downplay my words, saying I looked great and I would like myself later after my skin stretched a bit. Not much to do about it after the surgery, though. Recovery was brutal and I dreaded ever having to do this again. But today, after years of not being happy with my results, I'm finally looking for a different doctor to fix things and get back to feeling like myself.
