I have never seen such messy workmanship or craftsmanship on repair work. Additionally, the boss's reaction was frustration towards US and said the boat was costing HIM money because he couldn't get another boat in for service. Not sure why he's mad at us about his work, but that's what happened. ‍ He did admit the work was terrible and unacceptable, although continued placing blame on everyone else. It's easy to see sh*t trickling downhill... They are putting the boat in the water immediately and never touching it again. One of the worst experiences I've had with ANY type of business in my life. Boat had damaged hull (fiberglass) and rub rail replaced. I have plenty of pictures of the work if anyone would like to see them.
