And each time I've entered they have really tried to understand my needs and my time frame. As someone who tries to buy quality once and hold it for as long as possible, I'm slow to make a purchase of this sort. I've been clear about that, and Ford's main concern was to help me in that process while building a relationship. At the moment, all I needed were some new cans. After having my last pair for about 15 years, it was time for something fresh. In the end, I went with a line of cans that Chelsea didn't carry, but that was after a long and careful review at four stores. I hope that for my next piece that I'll be able to do business with Chelsea Audio. Matt and Paul changed my life and brought me into the 21st century. I had recently moved in a new…read morehouse from out of state and had to start from scratch. It began with needing internet as well replacing a complicated, antiquated AV system. What started out as six clunky AV components with multiple remotes was replaced with ONE main device. Clean and easy. I now have kick-ass internet, non-glare TVs with Sonos bars giving me phenomenal sound. They also installed additional Sonos speakers so I can seamlessly listen to music throughout the house, something I love but have never had. There were other goodies I needed that they were able to supply: a new thermostat, camera door bell, and security cameras all thoughtfully placed around the property - and all connected to my phone. Hook Me Up Solutions covered all the bases I needed and did so in a timely, professional manner. And they're super nice guys! In many ways, they truly went above and beyond. I'm not the most tech savvy person but Matt and Paul patiently got me up to speed on how to use all the new technology, most of it from my phone. This was key. I looked them up because we are finally putting in a bigger flat screen and I wanted it done professionally. Luckily I found the contact of the guy who lead the original install in our home, Jeff Kill. He was an employee at Room Service for many years when I met him, and he left Room Service some years ago now has his own company called Ambient Automation. The install guys on his team are also from Room Service. This week (Dec 18, 23) Jeff's new company installed our new 77" Sony, put new HDMI cables through our walls (to support 4K video) and were done in less than 2 hours, and it all worked with our existing universal remote (also provided by Jeff at the original install, and it still works great!) So the 5 star review is for Jeff's new team in case other former customers of Room Service find this review.

Yet again. This place is horrible…read more My folks asked them to install a EASY TO USE set up. That was about 8-10 months ago. We've had nothing but issues with it and not working. Every time we call Mike he bumbles around like an idiot and says "oh yeah it's never easy when you use this system" Are you kidding me? They are old and SPECIFICALLY ASKED for an east set up. I have to reboot the WHOLE set up 2-5 times a day in order for a black screen to not appear. When we told them about this, this was their response "well we can't order a new one cause it'll take way to long." And "this shouldn't be happening, but there's nothing we can do to fix it. If it gets a red light on the tv then we can." Recently some "control 4" stuff wasn't working. My dad contacted Mike and left a message. Still waiting to hear back after about 5 days. That's some real Sus ass crook shit to do. So we bought 10-15 thousand dollar system, and they fucked up, it rarely works, and they say they can't do anything about it. Seriously considering going to small claims court over this.
