On October 17th, 2025, the provider walked my daughter out and let me know that my daughter had shared something concerning about another child during the day. I asked my daughter about it in front of the provider, and during that brief exchange, the provider commented that what my daughter had said was not true. There was no follow-up plan discussed at that time. Throughout our time there, we attempted to schedule conversations to better collaborate, understand expectations, and stay aligned. In my experience, these requests were often not responded to or didn't lead to meaningful discussion. The provider may reference "behavioral concerns," but from my perspective, if that had been the case, a more in-depth conversation between the provider and parents would have been appropriate. We were never offered a dedicated 1:1 meeting outside of quick drop-off and pick-up moments. As a family, we value involvement and are very open to feedback. To my knowledge, the situation mentioned above wasn't reported to the appropriate agencies until after I reached out myself, and we later learned the other child's parent wasn't notified right away. Within about 14 hours of the initial conversation, we were told our family could no longer attend the program. Regarding the mention of "hiring a lawyer to stop bullying," my personal impression is that the provider preferred to move on from the situation with me in silence. I'm sharing our experience so other parents can feel informed, ask questions, and confidently advocate for their children. This is not an attack on the provider but is my families experience.

It was telling that as she prepared for finals that one of her friends that she used to turn to when she had questions now came to her with questions as she prepared for her final exam. I have no doubt that the school year would have ended very differently if it had not been for Varsity Tutors.

It would let me go through all the steps and confirm yet it was never changed and then on top of that, my son who is 11 years old and doesn't always remember things as well as he should, forgot to attend a session and they charged me for that missed session in addition to what you already pay with which is a large fee every month. Will not use them again. Then, finally when I tried to provide them with feedback in their app, it would not accept my feedback that's interesting so you obviously don't want feedback. You just have that button there just for kick shits, and giggles.

Throughout the pregnancy, she was very good about checking in, seeing if I needed help with anything, and providing a wonderful binder with tons of helpful resources for pregnancy, labor, breastfeeding, and surviving the first few weeks with the baby. During my labor (20 plus hours), she helped advocate for me, give me options, and was unbelievably patient. After my baby came out and needed to go to NICU with my husband, I was very emotionally overwhelmed and alone.... without even a question she stuck by my side and helped calm me down. She was with us for probably 24 hours during my labor and was so patient and calm the entire time. After my labor, I had difficulty with breastfeeding, and out of panic reached out to her asking for help after a particularly rough night. I had tried to google and research things on my own but was so overwhelmed with conflicting information. Ashley kept it simple, straightforward, and again met me and my panic with patience and helpful advice. I truly don't know how I would have gotten through my pregnancy, labor, and postpartum experience without her.

It is under staffed, unsafe and during my short time I witnessed a dozen licensing violations. The preschool class room has 12 to 15 children at any given time ages 2 1/2 to 4 years with only one adult. Current ratio is 8:1 for children 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 and 9:1 for 4-5. Because of the mixed ages in the class room some children arent potty trained and need to be changed frequently. However, there is no changing table in the room causing the only adult to leave 11 to 14 other children unattended or forcing a child to go hours without proper changing. With little supervision children are getting hurt constantly. The play ground has lose gravel wich is a breeding ground for more injury. I've witnessed several injuries from minor scratchs to concussions, none of which were reported to parents at the time and no incident reports were filed. In addition punishment for the young children is obscene and over zealous considering the mentality and maturity of the children. Kids are threatened with sitting in the office and when taken they do not return to the classroom for anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour. I've had parents tell me that the director yelled at a child and threatened they would not get breakfast if they could not behaive. Since when is a 30 minute time out or withholding meals a reasonable punishment? Last week was a tornado warning for the area, while taking my family to a safe place I called the center to ask if they too were on lock down. Being the center is mostly windows I was concerned for their safety. I was told no, and that the children attending before and aftercare were being picked up. An additional call was then made to the pickup school and we were notified the kids were not being released at their useal time due to the weather advisories. However, the person picking up the kids still went into the school and demanded the children be relaesed into his care. You can imagine the horror I along with the parents were faced with. Lucky the tornado didn't touch down, but if it had, who knows what could have happened. I, along with several other parents have addressed these safety concerns with the director, only to be told it is not something she can fix because she is overwhelmed with other duties. To my knowledge the center as of now, has 3 pending violations with the county and after a call to social services and licensing I'm certain the number will be inflated here shortly. Lastly, becuase the center is understaffed they are struggling to find qualified personal to fill the positions. Most of the "teachers" have NO quilifications, formal education or the state required 3000 hours of experience for early childhood education. You can imagine with no training or proper experience, many of these employees are not equipped to manage children properly in this situation. The teachers are commonly yelling at children and threatening them. When these means aren't productive bribery of candy or ice cream (which isn't actually ever given) becomes the new barging chip. My only suggestion is to put serious research when finding a provider for your child. Walk into the center several times unexpectedly and allow yourself a real view of the environment your child is placed in. A provider should be loving, caring, excited to see your child, he/she should come home with stories to tell and singing songs they've learned. If you son/daughter is crying when being dropped off, please let that be an indication that something is not rite.

From his teacher, Ms. Nadia, to the wonderful Ms. Jacci to center director Ms. Malika, the school is the place to have your child attend for preschool. I think it's safe to say that every parents major concern is that your child is safe, cared for, loved and is involved in a program that help them to grow mentally and physically. I recommend this location 100% and with no hesitation. I truly love this location and staff.

To be concise, the advertisement for this course stated the following, among other things: "5-day workshop with Basic flight skills, performing the job, essentials of adjusting" Sadly, "performing the job" and "essentials of adjusting" were topics not vaguely touched upon. In light of this false advertising, I feel the course was overpriced, as I could have taken a 2-day course that solely focused on passing the FAA Part 107 exam, stayed in Texas, and spent only a third of the cost. I decided to attend Mile High's class under false pretenses and Mile High was bailed out by the exceptional performance of Beau Beyer and Rob, from Telos Aerial Imaging, as instructors of the FAA exam course material. I passed my FAA exam w/ a 92% score and I believe I'll have no problem passing the FAA certificate renewal exam when I'm due to take it in 2 years due to the excellent instruction provided. Additionally, all of my classmates who sat for the FAA test passed Not nearly worth the price unless Telos Aerial Imaging is involved.
