When I arrived, there were two people waiting for their favorites Wendy and Erica... and when it was my turn, the owner told me that I had lucked out, that Jesse ended up being available and they had made sure I would see her. I did 75 minutes reflexology and added on tiger balm on my neck to help with my headache. It helped so much! I really appreciate Jesse. She is especially good on feet and legs. Mary and Anita were amazing and we both agreed they were the best massages we've ever had. Especially with the longer scalp massage. Heavenly! One thing I really loved is that before the massage they filled out a little card with the type of pressure we want, where we want extra focus, where we don't want any focus, etc. It made it more personalized to our preferences. They still checked in a few times to make sure the pressure was good, which was nice. It's safe to say THIS is our new spot! Can't wait to come back!

I needed to book a last-minute appointment as today was my only day off and I was able to which is great! Rhonda was my therapist and she was awesome. A true professional she kept checking in to see if the pressure was good, and if certain moves were OK which I greatly appreciated. My first reaction was how strong the sheets smelled of detergent like laundry I don't use Tide or anything scented in my laundry so that's stuck out to me. I worry about the chemicals, so don't often use them. At least this is a sign of cleanliness so obviously I didn't dock any points for that. It was very relaxing, and I will definitely schedule again. The center itself is a little strange because there's a lot of vacancies in the building, but who cares. I really I really appreciate this business, its location and ease of booking. The best thing is, it was super easy to book online, so I'll be doing that again soon! Thank you!

And they called me and told me she actually is in Solana Beach on weekends and did I want to switch. It was very easy, and this location actually has easier parking and a more accessible entrance (you can drive right up to the door, rather than having to search for parking at the Highlands and then make your way over to their second floor suite). I don't think everyone masks here, but Jessie was happy to mask as she would in Del Mar, and I had a very relaxing reflexology treatment, with the mugwort soak. Jessie is especially good at feet and calves. So there might be other folks who are good or maybe even better on arms and neck. But Jessie is amazing on legs so I will keep trying to book with her when I come here!
