To all that go to Szechuan garden BEWARE. when you call up the place to order your food it goes to a paid service somewhere in Mt Kisco. Now the people that answer the phone are Chinese and they take your order but beware THEY CHARGE A $2.15 service charge on your debit or credit card. THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THAT THERE WILL BE A CHARGE ,TILL YOU SEE YOUR STATEMENT . They also now after 30 years Charge .50 cent for the little plastic tub of hot mustard. ! Good luck!

$45 for pork fried rice. Then I have to dispute it with my credit card company.

Been going here for awhile. Mostly ok food. Service is terrible. They always forget something or get the order wrong and have to come back. This last time they charged me for full orders with full pint size rices instead of combo dinner platers. Duplicate sesame chicken 2 wontons only asked for 1 and $45 dollars for fried rice. They wouldn't give a refund or partial and forced me to dispute it with my credit card.

Outrageously good Mei Fun. Very good quality ingredients. I rarely order shrimp from takeout places, this place is clean and delicious.

This place is okay, nothing great. Its your standard Chinese food, I wouldn't go out of may to order from here again.

I can't believe I've lived in Westchester so long and never tried O Mandarin! It was so good! The…read morerestaurant itself has a great ambiance, a little dark (in a good way), and probably great at night. The service was excellent, with not only our waiter helping, but food runners and bussers assisting as well. And the food was delicious! The soup dumplings were delicious- I think I could just eat a big serving of those. My seafood hotpot was full of wonderful shrimp, scallops and much more, all very tasty. They said it would be "spicy", but it really wasn't very, so if you don't like extremely spicy food, you'll be ok (But maybe ask them for it to be a little spicer than normal if you do like very spicy food). I would recommend a visit ASAP! Don't wait for years like I did. I missed out!

Omanderine in Hartsdale turned out to be the perfect choice. We started with the classic soup dumplings--there's definitely an art to eating them without spilling the broth or burning your mouth, but that's part of the fun. They were delicious. We also had the vegetable dumplings, which were just as satisfying. For our main dishes, we ordered the beef short ribs, which were generously portioned and full of flavor, along with beef chow mein and vegetable and egg fried rice. My personal favorite was the chicken and broccoli in a rich sauce which really stood out. The service was excellent. Our waiter was attentive, offered great recommendations, and even brought me a fork when it became clear my chopstick skills needed some work. The décor transports you and complements the dining experience beautifully. The décor makes you feel like you've been transported somewhere far more exotic than Westchester, which pairs perfectly with the food and the overall vibe. We came for a break from pasta. We left planning our return.

The beef with chili peppers is just a good but I wanted the chicken this time. I have been coming to this place ever since they opened so I am a loyal repeat customer. I've tried almost everything in the menu so I have my favorite go-to dishes that I get when I visit. This one is a new discovery though. The staff is very welcoming and kind especially the folks making the soup dumplings. Yum. I can't resist getting them each time I visit.

We recently tried Mister Chen and overall had a really good experience. We ordered the pork soup…read moredumplings (6), mapo tofu with white rice, and chicken with broccoli with brown rice. The soup dumplings were definitely the highlight. They make the dumplings right in the restaurant and you can watch them being made. The dumplings were flavorful and full of soup, and my son especially loved them. Six dumplings ended up being a good amount for us. The vinegar came in a dropper which seems ingenious - much easier than dipping. The chicken and broccoli was also very tasty. The chicken was soft and nicely velveted, and the portions were generous. The mapo tofu was okay -- a little saltier than expected -- but still good when eaten with the rice. The brown rice itself was slightly on the hard side. Service was very good. Our server, a young man, was attentive without being overbearing, which we appreciated. One thing to note: parking can be tricky since it's all street parking and there are a lot of nearby shops. We happened to come on a holiday around 3 pm, so parking was easy for us. Overall, good food, large portions, and friendly service. We'd come back again.
