Went here to get my iphone fixed, i needed a screen replacement. Everything was going well until i picked up my phone. The guy gave me my phone back and my screen workes, however he broke my touch function on my bottom middle button. He did offer for me to come back another day and he would fix it. But i didnt have time to make another visit. !st of all i would give a 0 if i could. My 17 yr old son spent his hard earned money to fix his screen--thats the only thing wrong with phone. They fixed it for $65-but the screen was not put on right(set above the case). The touch button didnt work either so he took it back. they put screen on correctly (it was done towards evening) Next day phone wont even turn on. He takes it back they inform him he used wrong charger(really??? we didnt change chargers just the screen) and burned his phone up but they would give him a great deal on buying one of their phones(NOT). My husband called and i went to the store. Asked if Manager(was not there) could call me and was told that he doesnt really do that--WOW a manager that doesnt call his customers on his personal time. Worker said he was suppose to be in the next day maybe from 3-6. Asked again if he could call me was told he doesnt call from personal phone-I pointed to company phone and was told he still probably wouldnt call. This business (T A wireless solutions) has no regards for its costumers, they only care about making a quick buck without giving a care in the world what kind of bad products they sell. They promise one thing when it is actually another, they are twofaced and sneaky. They are dishonest in their business ways. For their dishonesty and bad business morals they don't even deserve 1 star, my girlfriend bought a supposed brand new iPhone from this place but that is not the case. The first phone that the guy gave her dad had scratches and marks so her dad told the guy and he said "sorry about that, come back tomorrow and I'll have a brand new one". The guy had told her dad that the phone was new, but the first week of purchase the phone's battery was malfunctioning, the battery percentage would go from like 30 percent to 9 percent suddenly or the phone would be fully charged and in less than an hour the phone would go from 100% to like 27%. The week after purchase one day her phone's battery died so like any phone I plugged it in to charge it. I left it there for like 40 minutes and when I checked the phone it was still dead with the charging needed picture on it. She couldn't do anything that day so she left it charging overnight and when she checked it the next day, still completely dead, it would not turn on. To be safe I checked the cable, the adapter, and the wall outlet and I plugged in other iPhones to the charger and the charger was fine. Her dad took the phone back to the store, the guy checked it and he came to the ridiculous conclusion that it was the charger that was bad. Her dad was tired of the dishonesty so he asked for his money back and then the middle eastern looking guy became really rude, tossed the phone onto the counter, waved his arms to make him leave like a dog, made rude comments, and then he just completely ignored him. Later when my girlfriend and I were able to go to the store we talked to the guy and he said that the phone was completely fine, he told us the same thing that the charger was bad. I then told him that it wasn't the charger because I had checked it and he stared at us blankly and unresponsive he said " I don't know" and just shrugged his shoulders. My girlfriend asked for her money back and the guy became rude again and he ignored us as if we had done something wrong. The guy did not give them their money back so they still have the bad iPhone and more issues have appear with that mess of a phone.
