These people are great. They charge reasonable prices which is uncommon in tailoring. They're kind. And they try to help you figure out how exactly you need to alter your clothes. This alterations place is by far the best place I've ever been! It's so hard to find a good alterations place that you feel is a good value, good communication, and a great outcome! I dropped my dress off the week before I needed it for an event and their staff was amazing and had it ready a few days early. There was some very small rippling (it was a hard dress to alter because of the bow and one shoulder) but they offered to fix it until it was absolutely perfect! The moment I mentioned the rippling she was extremely accommodating, I felt she understood me the whole time, and the dress looked perfect when I came back! Altogether the hem & small amount taken in was $40 which I felt was very fair and so sweet of them to continue to fix it without charging extra. I visited Houston from California and bought a suit that was two sizes too big. I loved the design and wanted to keep it. One of my relatives recommended this alteration shop; and, exceeded my expectation, they were able to fix the suit to fit me perfectly within 24 hours!!! I had a chat with them about this new business and found out they came from a family with a tailoring and alteration business back in Vietnam since the 1950s; they had always wanted to present their skills to the community. To my surprise she called right back and explained she was with a client and apologized for missing my call. I definitely appreciated her customer service. I needed a bridesmaid dress that was at least 2 sizes to big for me altered. I dropped by, tried the dress on, she pinned everything she needed and I was out within 15min. She's extremely professional, I can tell she knows what she's doing, and very quick. She asked me when I needed my dress and I was in no rush so she gave me a 3 day turn around I believe.
