Change to the pant I needed hem, sized + pinned up the length, filled out the alteration slip and asked when would I pick up by? Quickness 10 minutes at the alteration shop. I dropped off the pants Tuesday and asked to pick up on Friday. I came in and gave her my alteration slip and she was able to locate my pants in seconds. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They then tell you that other people have the same issue but they were patient enough to wait 3WEEKS to get it done. They will not pay you for the clothes value that they ruined, only the service they charged. After coming here for years and having several issues with them like making holes on some of our items, or even leaving stains on them, they have reached the limit with this. And just FYI they kept my clothes for almost a week to "fix" the issue. After trying to pick them up twice, I decided to just take them as they are and took the money back for the service. But now I need to see to fix the items myself or once again have to buy them. DON'T come here. The owners are rude and will not help when problems like this happen. I laugh about it now, but she went as far as to call me ugly for telling her that this was too much and I find it unfair to not take responsibility for the ruined clothes. Horrible service.
