Then I saw a good of friend of mine plus Yelper he told me there's a good Mexican restaurant serve food food and amazing I told him really. The restaurant is couple blocks away it's called T & A Taco No 2 then him told me don't go to fast and U turn on the light and the restaurant is on the left side before ,you make a u turn. I listen and we found parking that's an other question we found parking on the street close to restaurant. We got to the restaurant before it close,we sat at a table and then the waitress can hand us the menu and then got our drink order my wife got a chiimango drink and I got a Mexican Coke Cola. We were ready to order my wife got carne asada burrito plate and myself got two chili renello plate. The waitress brought us our meal I say wow the plates are big I mean the potions. My chili rebellion looks so good and very cheesy the way I like it very. The renello was incredible good cheesy and the Chile wasn't spicy but it have a smoke flavor that was good. The sauce was so delicious and rice and beans they very good including the side salad. My wife enjoy her burrito she enjoy it. The service was incredible good in the waitress she was wonderful. My friend was right the food and were good we will come back again try the breakfast l heard breakfast is really good.

The restaurant is next to a meat market and there are bars on the windows. Their parking lot has 3 spots. We parked in the market parking lot. You seat yourself and wait for the waiter to take your order. Their table menu's are in Spanish. No Espanol? That's OK. There is a large menu posted on an adjacent wall in English. I ordered their enchiladas combo dish. My salad was very wet. Did they just wash the plate or the lettuce? Other than that, it had red and black chips in it, tasty but wet. The enchiladas were yummy! The chicken was tender, the sauce was good. It was a lot to eat, but I ate it all! I washed it down with a virgin Pina Colada :) I had to get dessert so I ordered a chocolate flan. I love love chocolate flan! I can't wait to make some. haha.

They have a good selection, but not too impressed with the fajitas I ordered. The chicken used for fajitas did not seem to be lean chicken breast, but still tasty. Food presentation was great, but the quality in meat is lacking. Small cozy place with great salsa and chips.

This place is the best to come along on any day of the week I love the weekend tho Menudo & Pozole for wake up breakfast (Mexican Hispanic ppl feel me on this one lol) Has good waters to choose from Jamica, Horchata, etc. And they taste freshly made all the time have order one. Great service and food ! Came here on a Sunday for dinner and got seated right away. Waitress was the only one available but was attentive and friendly. I ordered the chicken enchiladas with green sauce served with rice and beans and was given a small salad prior which I thought was awesome! Everyone enjoyed their plates even my kids left nothing behind so that alone says a lot. Will definitely be back ! (No photos were taken because we ate everything and forgot ) read more

First time there! We had the posole, cheese enchiladas, sope and enchilada combination and caldo de Pescado and shrimp, all of it was very good, great portions, but more importantly, excellent service. Our waitress went above and beyond! Only complaint, no air conditioning, so it was very hot and stuffy in there and it's a very tight seating area. Will definitely return on a cooler day. read more

I'm notnsure why we hadn't tried this spot before. But I'm glad we finally did. They have chili cheese fries. The kind with the nacho cheese so if you want something different, this is the spot. The burger are pretty good and their onions rings are really good too. Oh and the salsa is fire. read more

Great place to eat! I came here not knowing what to expect, but it was amazing! The waitress was extremely kind and attentive. The food was delicious, with generous servings as well. Don't let the exterior of the place fool you. The interior is very clean and has a great atmosphere. I definitely recomend it! 5/5 read more

I had the chilaquiles with the red sauce and an egg. It's the bomb! The flavors is all there, it's not bland at all compared to the other places that serve chilaquiles. The potatoes and beans provide a perfect balance to everything. To top it off, service was wonderful. These people treat you like family!!! I will always be coming back! Unless you plan on waiting 40 minutes to pick up an order you placed 20 minutes before I would suggest going literally anywhere else. How long could it possibly take to make a plate of enchiladas? Type of things like this make me not want to support small businesses read more

I understand prices are going up, but you're telling me a molcajete is $30 bucks now for 1 person, online it shows it's 18.99 , but we paid almost $50for that an a Plato de asada. I think that's a little bit much excessive and to tell you none of the meat had flavor. Now this was a waste of money. An don't get me wrong I've been coming here for years but every year the service gets worse and worse so as the food. This was the draw for me. I wouldn't recommend you going here if the prices keep going up like that for semi good food. read more

Went here once. It's right around the corner from my job and I was craving a taco so I decided to try it out and placed an online order. I was greeted on the phone en español when I called and the lady who answered did her best to take my order in English. Not a complaint just sharing that to share when I picked up my order I received two chicken enchiladas opposed to the chicken taco and one chicken enchilada. Wasn't too upsetting but I was trying to satisfy my taco craving! Anyway! Went to pick up my food and found myself in this tiny little restaurant and was greeted with a smile. Had to wait a second for my food which was no problem. Customer service from the cashier to the cook was nice. My plate came with beans, rice, & a small side salad. All of my food was fresh and wasn't bad at all. The rojo salsa on my enchiladas was a bit watery and less flavorful than I enjoy but it was okay. The chicken inside was juicy and also less flavorful than I would want but was definitely eatable. Prices are about the same as any other place in the area......$10 for my meal. I may try the tacos one day only because I work so close by but I don't see myself frequenting here often because I need All the flavor! read more

First time coming here small restaurant but food was so good I had the huevos rancheros they were excellent . Their tortillas were hand made i highly recommend this place their agua de pepino sooo yummy .. I really like stopping by here for some tacos or a torta. The aguas frescas are great and come in GIANT glasses. My go-to is the bean and cheese burrito with rice. Filling and delicious. But the asada tacos, and combo plates are great as well. The servers are friendly and attentive, and I enjoy the experience every time I come here. read more

Came here for the first time for breakfast and boy was this place bomb! Its very small but you dont feel that way when your inside! The waitress was very friendly and nice. I had some divorced eggs and I am coming again next week for those again! read more

Great little hole in the wall. I had the pineapple shrimp in the pineapple bowl, it comes with octopus (pulpo) but I asked if they could leave it out since it's not my fave. Thankfully they accommodated my request. It was fresh and tasty and slightly sweet. My husband had the enchiladas suizas which were very good! And we ordered a chile relleno ala cart since that's one of our favorites. We were not disappointed. We cleaned our plates. We will definitely be back. read more

I've been looking and searching for a Mexican restaurant where I got it that at home feeling. I was looking through yelp and ran across this place, it had really good reviews so I decided to try it out. THE REVIEWS DO NOT LIE! This service here is very friendly and everyone is so nice and humble, the food is delicious, and it makes you want to come back. Only downside is the parking :/ other than that it's amazing. read more

This place feels like home. Their service made me feel like I was at a family member's house and they're spoiling me with their home cooked meals. I had their carne asada plate and ordered a chicken enchilada on the side and yum! So saucey and cheesy. The carne asada has such a great taste and they served plenty on my plate, thatbI had to take half of it home. The prices are low to reasonable (Their seafood costs more, makes sense) but I had such a great homey experience here. Our bill came out to about 30 to 35 dollars(our other items were a super burrito and a taco). Their large aguas seemed pricey, but you should see the size of those things! I believe they were served to us in pint glasses. Hope to come back soon. read more

We've been coming here since they first opened, and the food has always been delicious. Over the years, we've seen a lot of changes, but the friendly service has remained consistent. One thing I've noticed recently is that the salsa served with the chips isn't the same as it used to be. It seems much more watered down now, which takes away from the flavor we used to enjoy. Another issue is the restroom situation. There is only one restroom stall, and on busy days the wait can be quite long. It can be inconvenient, especially when the restaurant is crowded. Overall, the food is still very good, and this restaurant holds many special memories for my family. I hope they consider improving the salsa and restroom accommodations to make the dining experience even better.

My go to taco spot right now is Taco Masa in Brea but if I'm ever out this way I'll for sure stop here for lunch or dinner. The flavor is good, churros are better or just as good as the churro trucks, the dining area and restrooms are super clean and the staff are all very nice and make your order fresh. T & A Taco is located in downtown Bell Gardens, and serves great Mexican food at fair prices. The restaurant is very friendly and welcoming. Most days the owner is on site and helps take orders. He is always friendly and promotes a casual family atmosphere. The tacos and pozole are my favorite things to order. The restaurant is kind of small so sometimes seating can be an issue, especially on the weekends. Another issue is the parking- you have to park on the street or use the lot next door (which is also small). If you are looking for authentic Mexican food, this is a great place to eat. read more
