I have used T&B Electric several times since I moved into my home in 2021. They have always been professional and experts in their work. I recently had them create outdoor lighting for my American flag. Not a big job, but it looks great! Jared Allen is very nice, and their pricing is reasonable. T&B was very professional. They replaced receptacles and outlets on all three floors. The Buyers Inspector said they had polarity wrong on a few outlets. It's 120v. Doesn't matter. read more

We needed a repair to a bathroom light/fan fixture. They responded quickly to my call and repaired the light. The technician suggested that a new updated light/fan would be a good idea. We received a quote for the installation of the new fixture. We bought the fixture, and I called the company to have it installed. I called twice and left messages. I sent an email from the business website. It's been three weeks and I haven't received any response from the company. I understand that this is probably a small job to them, but if they didn't want to do the job, why give me a quote for the work? At least, call me and tell me you don't want to do the work. read more

The owner and his helper did an excellent job fixing the issue we had at our Endicott home. They were professional, extremely experienced and did an excellent job in finding the issue that we were having with 3 lights not turning on. Showed up on time and stayed in touch with me on updates. We've used T&B Electric for all the updates to our remodeling in the house. They've upgraded our amps, installed recessed ceiling lights, 2 ceiling fans and a range hood. Plus added an outdoor outlet for us and added a few additional outlets to correct some issues we were dealing with breakers tripping.Our project started 2021 and still using them for any last minute ideas we've decided on including in the remodel. I would never recommend this company to anyone although the upgrade went fine they never finished the job. panels are not labeled, there is an unsightly hole in the wall and I can't turn on one light at all. Don't pay them until you are satisfied the work is complete and to your satisfaction. We made that mistake thinking they would follow though on their promise to be back to finish (verbally given didn't get in writing). read more

We were new to the area and should have asked for our realtor's recommendations. They did a terrible botch job in the bathroom, and we had to have someone else re-do it. When emailing when they could return to finish the other jobs requested, it was ignored so we needed to find someone else. A basement window was found broken after they left. Accidents happen but we should have been told. They sat in the driveway writing up a hand-written bill that needed to be paid on the spot before leaving, which we found extremely unprofessional, thus giving us no time to check that work had been done to our satisfaction before handing out such an expensive payment. Like quickly do the work and get out of here before the owner can check work done. Wish we had looked on this website first. read more

T&B came out when I had an electrical outage and couldn't get anyone else and did a decent job for a reasonable price. There were circuit issues in my house and I agreed to have them separate the circuits in 2 rooms that were connected. While the circuits all work-- they did the most horrendous botch job I have ever seen. They drilled holes in the siding of my house and actually ran an electrical line on the outside of my house-- unsafe and unsightly. I was upstairs in the home the whole time-- they never told me they would do this, and I would never have consented to this half-assed work if they had. I discovered what they had done after they left and have had to put a hold on the check. Get someone else-- read more

Very disappointment with this organization. I made an appointment for an estimate and the owner never showed up for the appointment and finally called 45 minutes after the scheduled time stating he could not find my house. Overall, I took time off from work and I believe that I was not important in the eyes of this contractor. In closing, I gave T&B another chance (things do happen) and left another message to reschedule with no return phone call. read more
