She forces product sales and tells her estheticians to do the same. If you're not her daughter or a family friend, you won't last there as an employee. Her prices are on par with high end Boston spas, but in North Attleboro. I presume she has to pay the mortgage on her extravagant new location somehow. I regret having spent thousands there over the years. EDIT 1/2/2025 in response to business owner comment -- I understand the need for strict no-show and last-minute cancellations, which of course are intended to recoup loses from UNRELIABLE clients. Not from clients diagnosed with cancer who are trying their best to maintain some sense of normalcy in life who have a long history of maintaining a proper client-business relationship. My treatment based on extenuating circumstances cannot reasonably be considered "understanding and flexible". It is important to current and future clients that they consider how quickly a business devalues a client, so they can make the most informed decision on where to receive these types of services. The best way to address my concerns would be to treat clients better than I've been treated. I in no way mean to harm your business. Everyone can read all reviews here and on other websites and decide for themselves if they wish for their hard-earned dollars to support your business.

I just want to start off saying that nail salons are a dime a dozen, kind of like sub shops. When you are spending your hard earned money on a luxury such as having a mani or pedi you want appreciation, not be overcharged, a clean environment and a good job to be done. I cannot tell you how many times people referred me to a salon that they love, only for me to go and be disappointed because they really are all the same. If you pay more, it's only because the salon added a water feature, give you something to drink, or have fancier massage chairs. The difference between a good nail salon and a bad one is: cleanliness, friendliness and happiness. First, you don't want to get an infection, second, you don't want rude salon owners/managers and third, the workers should look like they are not working for slave wages. You want to pay a reasonable price, but salon owners must treat their employees well. Just a few years ago, a pedicure was $30, now it's $40. I have accepted that. The amount of money for a 30 minute service that takes very little training and skill is outrageous, but people pay it. This salon is clean and bright, I never have to wait too long, they do a great job, the prices are in line with the current expectation and the environment is friendly and happy. That's it. That's all I need. I don't need any bells or whistles, just a service that they fulfill well. I have been going here for years and will continue to do so unless they sell or close. read more
