So today I came in to remove acrylics that I got a few days prior because they were terribly done by a different salon and I told Kim(owner) the deal and she suggested a gel manicure and just for fun I got a pedicure (no pressure from her), why not right?! My cuticle was a mess when I walked in so I asked for a manicure with my full set, well he didn't cut my cuticles until after he polished my nails so I left looking like I needed a refill, made no sense to me. On my second visit I had a nail tech that barely looked up at me never mind interacted with me, my nails have been popping off everyday since I'm confused to why I paid 70 bucks for a refill.
