DO NOT BRING YOUR MOTORCYCLE TO THIS SHOP!! I had one of the worst experiences dealing with these guys. I got into an accident back in September and contacted Eran in October to have my motorcycle (2018 Honda Rebel) fixed. He assured me that I would have all damaged parts replaced with Original Honda parts and that the motorcycle will be looking like new. There was no follow up on Eran's behalf regarding an estimate or talks with the insurance. I had to call him every week to make sure that each step necessary to have the motorcycle fixed was taken care of. After a month of having the motorcycle in the shop, Eran calls me and tells me its ready. When I arrive at the shop with the estimate on hand, I can already see that the muffler was not replaced as it was stated on the estimate. At this moment all trust that I had on this shop and the owner were gone. I picked up the motorcycle late afternoon on a Friday so it was already getting dark and I could not see the repairs very well. The next day when I examined it closely, I realized that all the parts that were supposedly replaced for brand new parts were never replaced as stated on the estimate I received from the insurance. The motorcycle still had scratches from the accident and the rear fender did not align properly. I have no idea what they did to the bike in the month that it was at this shop. Eran argued with me that the repairs were in fact done but could not provide me with receipts for the parts or for any pictures of the motorcycle disassembled and reassembled. I tried to get my money back so I can take it to an honest shop that will actually do the repairs properly and replace the parts but was not able to get everything back. Eran is DISHONEST and kept my money for work that was never done on the motorcycle. DO NOT bring your bike here. They will charge you for work they never do. They are only looking to make a quick buck and DO NOT care about the customers. read more

They ripped me off. Charged over $100 to plug a tire, did a total half assed job to the point where the plug was sticking out about 3 inches too far, and it wasn't even properly plugged or closing the hole and it wouldn't hold air. I had to get it replaced at another shop and paid $140 out the door. Clearly they wanted to charge me more for labor rather than just replace the tire. Pretty annoyed. read more

Terrible experience today. Explained to Aaron my 3 issues, 2 were addressed and one was not. Well it was but wasn't fixed. I get the bike back with one of the plugs out and dangling and the issue was ignored and not fixed. My rear camera was haphazardly put back on the bike being wedged between the frame and rear panel. Now I need to disassemble to get it done the right way and back where it needs to be. Aaron told me that I was being too particular. I told him I wanted my bike back in the same condition I left it. Technically it should be in better condition when I pick it up. This was not the case. I was quoted one price it ended up being more. I paid more $ for 2/3 of the job being done with potential damage to my camera AND I need to undue and redo more work to get my camera where it needs to be. I also need to spend a few hours detailing all of this oil off of my bike so it's safe to ride, I'm lucky I made it home with the oil slick in my rear tire. I made a big mistake bringing my bike in yesterday. Photos will show the camera dangling above my rear wheel. Photos also show condition my bike was in when I drove it home. Bike was given back to be saturated in chain oil. It's dripping from the middle frame and splashed on my rear tire. It's actually in the treads. WTF Aaron, are you trying to KILL People?!?! REALLY STUPID MISTAKE AND YOU PUT MY LIFE IN DANGER, NOT COOL!!! Needless to say, this shop lost me as a customer today. read more

My husband took in his bike for repair a couple weeks ago and was extremly satisfied! His bike was making some kind of ticking noise that nobody could figure out. He took it to like 4 different mechanics who couldnt fix it and was already thinking of getting rid of it until he gave it a last chance and took in for another check. The guy in charge (Erin? Had one of the best experiences going into the shop! Arrived right as they were closing and still took their time to listen to all of the issues I had on my Ducati. I went in to fix some electrical issues with my headlight and tail light with and an installation of some new led turn signals and they performed a flawless job on that! The bike was involved in an accident and I told them of the issues I noticed compared to driving a Ducati that was never involved in one. They understood the minute details such as the suspension on the forks being a few millimeters off, suspension riding a bit looser, handle bare turning radius being off, and a few other issues. Since they specialize in collision repair, they knew exactly what I was referring to and told me what might need to get checked out. I left my bike as they closed and got it back the very next day within a few hours of them opening up shop. Felt good knowing the prioritized my need for my daily commuter! I used to work for this dude. Was told recently they were going out of business. I took my cbr to him and his brother in law for no spark. I believe in the 4 weeks i left my bike there they disconnected my power commander left my bike full of rust and water in the manifold stacks (must have left it outside in the rain uncovered like he does everyones* doubt is was compression tested....spark plugs weren't changed .upon calling to ask if my bike was ready a month later i was told "we couldn't figure it out.... We don't have time for your bike when can u come pick it up . mind u my machine is SP2 Cbr 1000rr . At 2 wheel bros rags to protect for swingarm from caliper scratches and torque specs are a " Waste of time" i left because i didn't want my record tarnished by the horrible quality of work. I guess by bringing my bike over there i thought as an old friend i would get taken care. Money was no object .. But i suppose my bike just wasn't worth 2 wheel bros time ..
