Unlike the ones I found in Detroit Which are overrun with dirtiness people who don't respect the machines and just angry people not sure why Detroit has all bunch of angry people doing laundry in it but Detroit is full of broken down non-functioning laundromats because nobody wants to take care of them. It's just the community that surrounds them not the owners of the laundromat they've tried for years. I know because my dad owns two of them that I won't even go too. The Bronx Bar and Marcus Market are also conveniently located across the street if you're looking to pick up some essentials or kill time with a brew or burger while doing the wash. This laundromat is clean and bright and now has multiple murals adding splashes of color to the walls. They still rock the classic Ms. PAC Man/Galaga machine. I recommend Galaga as the down on the joystick doesn't work too well and you don't even need that direction for Galaga. Disappointingly, pinball wasn't plugged in on my last visit. You can either bring your own detergent or buy it there, and they have several machines, all in varying sizes and prices. As far as payment goes, you can either pay in quarters (they have an ATM and a change converter on site) or you can use a mobile app to pay, which connects to Apple Pay. There's a front and rear entrance for convenience, plenty of parking on the side and some up front when you're dropping off, picking up or feeding the machines. The Galaga and random pinball games are an added courtesy along with the restrooms, soda and snack machines. The prices are fairly reasonable although for the largest dryer (like the one I need to use for the feather-bed) it's 6 cents a minute FYI.
