    Body shop and detail shop do very poor work. Will not be going back there again. Body shop people very rude!

    They worked on my transmission and a week later it blew up. Stay away from this dealer at all costs

    I needed engine warranty work done. They told me they couldn't take me for at least a week. I suspect they just didn't want to do the work.

The salesman Bryson Paugh has been anything but efficient. I bought the Jeep January 29, 2024. The dealership didn't file the paperwork until 2/15/2024. The paperwork they completed was incorrect and rejected by the MVA but no one did anything about it. A supervisor at the MVA showed me all the errors on the paperwork. The title number was incorrect, the milage was incorrect, the issue date was incorrect and the dealer checked the box that says the Jeep exceeds mechanical limits. Checking this box not only lowers the value of the Jeep but voids my warranty!! I have contacted Mr. Paugh and he has been giving me a lot of lip service and no action. He has been very nonchalant and told me that it is really no big deal and all this was the MVA's mistake and that the MVA told them to check that box. All this is really simple paperwork that the dealership can take care of if they cared. If they valued their customers. Mr. Paugh is well aware that I am trying to refinance the Jeep and I was offered a better rate half of the rate I the dealership was able to find me. However I need the title to take advantage of the offer. Since the dealer has taken so long to take care of this issue I will lose out on the refinance offer with Capital One. Again, no one at the dealership appears to care. Their customer service and ability to do their job effectively after they get your money is nonexistent. Very disappointed with my experience.

While at my cabin in…read moreOakland, MD., I got a flat that needed repair and when I called Shaffer Ford Service, I was advised that they do not repair tires at their location. The service rep claim that they just send everyone down the road to a tire center. Well the tire center does not cover Ford's road hazard coverage and they were not opened on Saturdays anyway. A Ford dealership that can or will not fix flat tires? What else do they not cover? Do they send Ford customers to Walmart so they do not have to service the small stuff? Ridiculous!

Well I got my first one at around 6,000 miles which the invoice said it cost $44.80 for the service. Recently I hit the 12,000 and called to have the oil done. They informed me they don't honor it anymore due to the buyout from Timbrook. I got in contact with the previous owners son and told them I want my money back and he said that the new owners should of taken over the contracts. Well they didn't because they didn't get the money I put on it and I told him that and he was to contact his mother and get back with me. I'm still waiting for a response which I figure I won't get. I just want my money back that I paid for the services. Apparently it went in their pockets and I am furious. Money don't come easy and I expect what is right. $500.00 is not pocket change to me. We called a couple of places but owner Bob from Streets Collision and Customs was so straightforward and knew exactly what he was doing. He immediately set up an appointment for an estimate. He showed her damage that unless you are trained well in your craft, no one could see. The only reason she didn't have Bob do the work is because the university shut down and she had to leave campus and drive home out of state to get the truck fixed. It's nice to know that if my daughter needs anything in the future, Bob will take care of it. Very impressed by Bob's professionalism, knowledgeable and caring attitude. Since I wasn't there, Bob made sure I was on a two way call the whole time!! Thanks Bob!

The Parts Dept. is one of the largest in the county when it comes to dealerships. They will try to get the part you need as quickly as possible if it isn't in stock. Most are next day. They also work with dealerships throughout the tristate area in the case of foreign or non GM vehicles. The Service Dept. is staffed by experienced and talented mechanics. The Body Shop has some equally talented employees. I have seen some pretty twisted vehicles come out looking like new again. The Detail Shop has been managed by the same man for over 10 years. He is meticulous when it comes the making a car look like new.

When I went back to pick up my vehicle there were scratches on the driver side front fender and two small dents by up by the windshield. When I confronted them about the damage the Sales manager looked at the scratches and said they weren't too deep and could be buffed out however the dents he got very defensive with me about it and tried to tell me they were there before and there was no way they did this. I just bought this vehicle and KNOW for a fact there were NO dents on it!! They are refusing to fix the dents. Don't ever do business with them or you will regret it!!!
