When I yelped before the mechanics wife inboxed me on Facebook and harassed me. I have a serious condition and cannot defend myself so it was alarming to say the least. My son is Autistic and lives in Portage at a center for autism. It was hard enough separating from him to get care now I cannot rely on my vehicle for safe transportation to see him and to top it off I cannot explain to him why I cannot see him because of his mental illness. I sent in a dispute on chime and he still did not honor it.

I paid 1000.00 to have this piece of glass it is an discontinued piece of and if you can find one on the Internet, they go for $4000.. He looked at the and said he wanted to do the job. I did offer him an extra hundred dollars if he got the glass out fine that's how bad I this out and undamaged well unfortunately he cracked it. He was extremely apologetic but in the end, I have a useless piece of glass and I got no compensation for it. He might be a good Glass Guy but he wasn't for me. It's unfortunate because I do like to support small businesses, but it's instances like this that makes me want to go back and support bigger companies because they stand behind what they do, good or bad.

Also, the repairs were very reasonably priced, much less than what it would be at a dealership. He even went as far as making the tire rotation free since the wheels were already off for the brakes. I NEVER had that happen here. They treat you like family. Ace was great even offered my friend and I pizza and pop as they had just gotten lunch delivered. Fast forward about a year I had brake issues. They looked at the car and figured out the issue the rate was very reasonable and once I saw the breakdown they barley charged for labor at all. One of the workers Doug put a new headliner in my car and tinted my tail lights and did a amazing job. He was also very knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks Doug! However, my issue is with management. They had the parts to install new headlights and bulbs on my car for over 2 weeks and it just sat there untouched in there lot. I was not a priority to them, there #1 priority are custom jobs for specialized vans for a commercial company. They had a " we'll get to it when we get to it" mentality with my car. They removed my car stereo so that it wasn't stolen from the parking lot and when they put it back in only 1 of my 8 speakers worked. They said they would need to charge me to even look at it. My stereo was working great before they touched it. The manager/owner refused to speak to me. Very unprofessional. The job they did on the headlights was very sloppy, loose wires hanging everywhere, with the wiring harness flopping around. I have flickering in my headlights (although I can't blame them for the flickering) I certainly won't be back to have them look at it. Lastly, I had coilovers put in and one is extremely noisy and sqweeky, charged me to look at it but not fix it. They also did an alignment on my car after I told them it pulls to the right, and of course charged me, yet didn't fix the problem. I have given this shop well over $2,000 and my car still isn't right. Not happy.
