Tommy came out last weekend on an emergency call to get our AC running after the breaker failed and burned up part of the panel. He was responsive, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and hard-working. Later in the day after the AC was restored, we noticed some of the outlets in the house were no longer working. I live in an older home with an original panel that was labelled poorly. Tommy had to move some of the circuits around in the panel to fix the AC so it was difficult to know for sure what was disconnected. Pedro came out to my home yesterday and did some awesome work! He helped install and replace several lights working throughout our brick walls which I know is no easy task making that a "clean" job. $175 for a 10 minute GFCI replacement!? they get one star for a prompt response time, and another one for functional craftsmanship. But a $50 service call fee, $95 minimum per hour and $30 for a GFCI plug is outrageous. They would have gotten a third star for explaining the pricing beforehand, but hard to go much above that for LITERALLY 10 minutes of labor and a $10-15 part, MAX. will be finding other options in the future. read more

Tommy was great. I had him come out to run some wires from control box in a closet to power some electric shades in the family room. Despite having a packed schedule he was able to get out that same day and brought his crew to get the wiring done. He was able to keep the mess to a minimum and a lot less damage to to the dry wall than I had originally anticipated. When we had the blinds installed a few days later there was an issue with the power (poor connectors from the window treatment company) and rather than push it off and come in another day to fix it, he came straight over and managed to get everything up and running while the installer for the blinds was still at the house. We contacted Tommy through Yelp and he responded right away. He even came to our house the same day to give us a quote on upgrading to a new 200 amp panel. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and we really liked how he took the time to explain everything to us. My experience with Tommy and T & K Electric was AMAZING! Tommy came by my rental house to look at some outlets that weren't working properly. He ended up finding some major issues that needed to be fixed ASAP so he worked with my landlord to make a plan and fix everything. If I could give ten stars, I would. If you have read my other reviews you will see a progression of projects after my garage burned down. I got a new shed (From http://www.shedsbuiltright.com/) (side note, if you are in Phoenix and want a shed or garage, check these guys out, they are absolutely top notch) and thought I would be OK with some solar lighting in my new shed. After a week I knew that I would spend a lot of time out in my fantastic new Man Shed and wanted some electric out there. I called some companies that I found on Yelp. Two were too busy for my small project. Tommy called back and made an appointment to look at the project and give an estimate. A couple days later Tommy was here and ready to work, and like the worst customers often do, I immediately expanded the scope. I originally asked for a single circuit with a quad outlet and it turned into a sub-panel to accommodate a small A/C unit and some other stuff. Tommy didn't even blink. He gathered resources and made it happen. It's rare to find a person with exceptional technical skills, combined with really great customer service skills. Tommy has both. This was an interesting project that required digging trenches and running underground pipe to bring power to an out building in the back yard, I am writing this from my new shed, which now has 60 Amps of available power and is nice and comfy with a heater. When summer arrives, I have a dedicated circuit for a small A/C unit. If you need an electrician, you need Tommy. It really doesn't get better than this. read more

Great electricians for a very reasonable price. I had aluminum wire throughout the house (1970 house) and wanted to get it all replaced. Received great communication and response time throughout the project. Also had them upgrade my electrical panel to 200 amps and did an outstanding job and even had to move the panel to the other side of the house. Minimal drywall cuts and they were even able to patch up the drywall and after a little bit of paint I can not even tell the drywall was cut. Had them wire all my ceiling fans/lights to switches on the walls (single switches used to only power an outlet). Had smart switches installed for the lights so I can use my voice to turn on/off the lights. Had a Google Hello doorbell/camera installed on the front of the house. read more
