He clearly explained and showed me the differences between everything I was interested in looking at. We spent about 20 minutes and in that time I was able to determine what model and trim levels I should narrow my search to. Shannon was not pushy at all, gave us space to look, and was extremely knowledgeable. Getting an in-person look at the sizes and trim levels here at Charlie's Toyota was the most time well spent of all my car shopping experience. I ended up paying 80 dollars for them to vacuum my top carpets, the underneath still had dirt. I also thought that they would be cleaning my door jams and that area when they were washing the car but that was still really dirty. I also thought that they would do a quick vacuum of my trunk, they didn't. The inside of the car such as my dashboard was still dusty, I don't think they even touched it. Overall the appearance of my car looked ok but when taking a closer look it wasn't a thorough job at all. I don't think I will be going back, I could have paid my boyfriend the same amount and he would have done the same quality work. Unfortunate that this happened because I was really excited to have a nice clean car.
