They weren't too greasy and were crisp and tender in the middle. The hot dogs are wonderful. They have a great bite and yet are so tender inside. The chili is homemade for sure and I got the spicy chili. They don't lie that it is spicy but they forgot deliciousness. Each bite held the perfect portion of bun to dog to chili. My family really enjoyed their food that they received. This area has some great food going on and I shall make trips occasionally just to eat here again as it was that good. I told her they had already given us one and she said "oh well have another one". I mean, seriously, how incredibly nice can you be??
