The owner refused to fix it because the entire underneath was completely rotted out. He could have fixed it and made money off it, but refused because the vehicle wasn't safe. I ended up scrapping the vehicle. Another thing I love about them is if you need an oil change, you don't need an appointment, you can stop in and they will drop everything to take care of walk-ins. One of the parts needed had to be special ordered, as soon as the part arrived they got to work, and I picked up my carpet cleaning van the next day. One of the parts needed was under warranty from them, and the other part I had to pay for, but honesty is very important to me. He was extremely honest and efficient.
