I don't trust anyone else with my cars. The total trust was built when I brought my truck in for corroded gas lines. The owner refused to fix it because the entire underneath was completely rotted out. He could have fixed it and made money off it, but refused because the vehicle wasn't safe. I ended up scrapping the vehicle. Another thing I love about them is if you need an oil change, you don't need an appointment, you can stop in and they will drop everything to take care of walk-ins. The customer service was beyond phenomenal, and the superior auto staff made me feel like I was part of the family. I needed my wheel baron replaced and while fixing it they discovered my breaks and rotors were wore down to almost metal to metal giving me an update and option to replace while the car was still on the lift. Driver who showed up was "Mark" he was wearing a mask for my protection and his from covid-19er. Mark was extremely professional and I was curious enough to ask him if he owned the company because he was hustling, walking fast and moving fast. My response when Mark said he did not own the company, was that the owner was very fortunate to have such an employee, very rare to see someone working on the clock for someone else to be this deliberate in his duties. Mark tested my battery, determined it was failed and replaced it. I was not timing him but I doubt if the entire evolution including paper work was over 20 minutes. Mark was also extremely POLITE. Occasionally you have an experience with a business that is perfect, this was one of those transactions, no one could have done a better job then Mark did this morning. One of the parts needed had to be special ordered, as soon as the part arrived they got to work, and I picked up my carpet cleaning van the next day.
