Mystic was one stop on our road trip and we got a flat which could have seriously interrupted our agenda. We called Colonial seeing that it was 3 miles from our hotel. They told us to come right over. We arrived, they got the nail out of our tire, patched us up, and we were back on the road in 20 minutes! The price was minimal and the service was excellent. Kevin rescued us from the side of the highway after the rear tire failed at 75 MPH!!! After surviving what could have been a real disaster essentially a blow out on our motorcycle while riding two up!! After hauling us back to the shop We discovered the tire vale had failed......super fast deflation!! God is good, somehow we got the bike over without crashing!! Hello, The service and caring here are quite exceptional. My elderly parents broke down in their handicap van. My mom in her wheelchair there was no way to get home. I contacted Colonial Tire frantic. They dropped what they were working on came to my parents rescue and my mom was safe. They acted like we were family and all that mattered.
