Since I already had the parts, I had hoped they could just finish the job I'd started. When I called, the manager told me they don't work with customer-supplied parts and definitely don't finish jobs a customer started. I am okay with having a policy explained to me as a reason to not accept my business, but his tone of voice and inflection were rude and condescending. Because of his attitude, I will never call G&M again, even if I wanted a shop to perform a repair.

With the information James gave me, I was able to safely research my problem and it was not related to the tires I just had put on, but the cameras need to recalibrate.
