I purchased a vehicle that had previously been used as a courtesy vehicle. During the buying process, the salesperson was courteous, but there was very little willingness to negotiate on the price, which was disappointing considering the vehicle's prior use. Almost immediately after taking the car home, I noticed condensation in both of the tail lights. The dealership did replace the tail lights, but unfortunately, that repair created even more damage. The technician damaged the vehicle during the replacement, requiring me to bring the car back for bodywork. When I picked the car up after the repairs, it had a strong odor inside that wasn't there before. It also hadn't been properly detailed. there were still markings left on the vehicle from the repair process. Wouldn't you think after all the inconveniences, they would at the very least DETAIL THE CAR? To make matters worse, the trunk was no longer aligned correctly and now makes a noticeable noise every time it is opened or closed. While I appreciate that the dealership attempted to address some of the issues, it was frustrating to have one repair lead to problem after problem. Buying a vehicle should be an exciting experience, not one that requires multiple return visits to fix new issues caused during previous repairs! Because of my experience, I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership, nor would I recommend it to friends or family. I encourage anyone considering buying here to inspect their vehicle thoroughly before taking delivery and to carefully check the quality of any repairs before leaving.
