Bryce updated me on the job progression and told me that due to my Custom rims it was a longer than normal job. He explained the set up they had to use in their machine and how they have to keep resetting it every time the arm caught on the rims. Since they were using a plastic piece to protect the wheels it was catching quite a bit, so with my wheels it wasn't just a "slap them on job." I appreciated Bryce's honesty and the fact that he and his guys took care and every precaution to protect my wheels, thank you for that.
