They say laser can help do that which in my case it has. Seru is just so sweet and accommodating. Yes, there is sometimes a wait but that is normal. It is expected wherever you go. I don't mind waiting because the prices are amazing and the staff are amazing too. Whenever I have a question or concern I can reach out to them in so many ways (phone, email, Facebook or Instagram) and I always get a prompt reply. Then when they finally did take me in, the customer service was horrible and the girl who did it seemed to have no clue what she was doing (she was very young - 21 years old and probably little experience). She used soft wax when most salons use hard wax for a brazilian and she didn't pull the root of the hair, just broke the hairs and so I'm still stubbly rather than smooth. just an overall disappointing, uncomfortable experience and yet they charge more than most salons for their service so I definitely won't be returning
