A request this winter for routine furnace check up couldn't be scheduled until four weeks later. At that time also asked for an estimate for furnace replacement for which a tech was available the same day. Tech promised to send us a quote that night - the quote never arrived despite multiple requests. The tech who came out for the routine check up verified our observation that the control panel of the humidifier was not working and promised to send us a quote for replacement. Guess what - quote never arrived. We paid $205 + credit card fees for the visit but never received a statement of work or even a receipt. On the plus side the techs come out at the scheduled time, seem knowledgeable, and behave professionally. Too bad they don't have time to send out promised quotes!

All of the extra electrical work needed was done very meticulously and the cleanup was impeccable. He did the job for several thousand dollars less than the quote I received from another Generac dealer. One reason is because the other dealer told me that my existing fuel line from the propane tank, which ran underneath a brick paver patio, was too small in diameter to supply sufficient fuel to the generator and needed to be replaced. It turned out that this was not the case. The existing fuel line has provided sufficient fuel to the generator while exercising and during several multi-hour power outages. I'm glad I got a quote from him and did not go with the first one I obtained.
