I have been to this location several times previously and normally call 1st because I tend to bring my Mom and daughters with me. However, today it just me. She asked me if I had an appt and I said, "No". Person was extremely rude...she told me "we are busy come back later". I think that was extremely rude. I will not be patronizing this location again. Not to mention that I normally spend close to $150+ for my me and my family. I will be happy to spend my money with another company which I did. I walked into another place close by. Tammy gave me another awesome gel pedicure today! She remembers that I don't like the water too hot and then went out of her way to cool off the paraffin wax before putting it on my feet. Had a great experience here. Salon is clean, techs are friendly, and they have a solid selection of gel colors in the latest colors/trends (which can sometimes be difficult to find), in addition to regular polishes. I did a quick search for nail salons and picked this place. It turned out great! The staff was super friendly, helpful and created the most beautiful set I envisioned. Leo was my tech and I had toted along my two kids with me who ... were restless to say the least. They didn't make me feel uncomfortable or seemed annoyed with my kids who were lets be real, being kids in swivel chairs and touching everything! This meant A LOT to me. Will be back in the future. I usually get good work done here but not today.... I came in because I broke my nail and I had them fix it but they did not match them to the rest. I came back because the color was not the same and they lady was telling me that it matched when it didn't... I asked if I could get it redone and they Ignored me and didn't do anything about it... so I left and went to Lotus to get it fixed because I know they will do it right. I will not be coming back here.... They have good prices but the quality is not good.... read more

I know I have been here before, but it's been a long while. Today I just needed a quick mani - my nails were a mess.. and they were close by. The experience was basically unremarkable, well, there was a bit of difficulty because some of their gel colors were mislabeled, but we figured that out; and it's only $30 for a gel mani, so that's pretty good. AND THEN.... parafin. Normally, I like the parafin treatment but their wax was too hot. It burned my hands! I couldn't handle it, I ran to the sink with my hands in cold water. Now, an hour later, my hands are still burning and reddish/pink where the skin in the thinnest. I don't think I will be back. I cant believe it but the next morning I am even more frustrated.... she filed my nails down too far and I can't even scratch an itch!! Finally my hands have stopped hurting from being burned. WHY did I leave a tip? I am so stupid sometimes. read more

The worst pedicure ever, The guy doing my nails wasn't that interested in working on my feet. The skin around the nailbed is still rough and dry,didn't push back the cuticle,he left some red nailpolish on the edges of the nail,very visible now that I got light blue polish. The polish was applied so inexpertly that the white of the natural nail is visible on top edge of nail and it is chipping off already. My kindergartener could have done a better job. Really aweful experience,I am mad every time I look at my nails. read more

I first came across Envy Nails when I was in a bind for a wedding. My nail broke and I googled the nearest nail salon. I walked in and was in a panic!!! I was so worried I didn't remember the color number or if it was going to be easily matched with what I had on from the other salon. I explained the situation and not only were they able to match the color, they had me out of the door in what felt like 5 minutes top! Ever since then, this has been my go to for all my salon needs. Pedicures, nails, waxing, massages, you name it. With my hectic schedule I'm always able to call in on short notice and get right in. I am not sure who is saying 100% customer satisfaction as I see NO reviews. I am completely UNsatisfied as a customer and was not at all happy that I had to pay for a manicure that a five year old could have done better. Even worse when I asked for it to be fixed I was told it was my "fault" for choosing a dark color and for the way I held my hands while my nails were drying ! The staff here are really friendly, they always say hello and ask about my kids. They do a great job with both manicures and pedicures. I have been coming to envy nails in leesburg for over ten years. It is by far the best pedicure around. I have been to fancier places and paid twice as much for far less in service. Everyone here is super sweet and really hard working. You barely ever wait and the massage that goes with the mani pedi is amazing read more

Went here as a walk in for eyebrow and upper lip waxing. My 18 year old daughter has had her eyebrows waxed numerous times before. When she walked out her face was extremely puffy and oily. The techician applied some oils. The following day she had burns on her face below the eyebrow and on her eye lids from the hot wax. Will never use this salon again. read more

I love this salon. The prices are low, the treatments exceed expectation, and the staff is really engaged and friendly. I love that paraffin is standard for the pedicures and that I can have a glass of wine while I relax in my massage chair. In fact, I am so happy with this salon that I drive 40 minutes from Middleburg (and pass several nail salons along the way) to get to it. Keep up the great work. read more

TWO BAD EXPERIENCES! The first time I got artificial gel nails. First of all, I made a joint appointment for my friend and I, yet we were sat at opposite ends of the salon. The nails seemed okay at first, but after two weeks, 3 of the nails began peeling up in the back and moisture was getting underneath. I went to the salon right away to have it fixed before they got infected. When I got there she had to remove one nail completely and 5 others partically, because they began peeling as well and I just hadn't noticed yet. Then, she recommended that I use classic acrylic because it was less likely to peel. I was unsure at first because acrylic damages your nail MUCH more than gel, but the woman mentioned that its much cheaper and wouldn't peel. I agreed because I thought she would know best. While she was removed the peeling nails, she burned my skin multiple times with the sander and the acrylic was applied sloppily. She told me I wouldn't be charged for the tip that needed to be replaced, which was good because if it had been applied correctly in the first place it wouldn't need to be replaced. However, when I went up to pay my total was $30, just to have my nails filled. I never asked for the price beforehand, so I didn't want to make a big deal because I figured it was my own fault. Still, I was suspicious so I called ten minutes after I left and pretended to be another customer asking for the price of an acrylic fill in. They told me on the phone it would only cost me $20. They charged me $10 extra for a less than mediocre touch up that wasn't even done correctly in the first place. read more
