As other reviews claim, Lala is very sweet! I've had a facial by her and a mani/pedi. Both services were excellent! This was my first facial, so I can't compare. But I found it so relaxing and luxurious. She really pampered me! The mani pedi was also fantastic. Since she works from home, the massage chair was very nice and felt new (not worn out like some places). As the only customer, she allowed me to surf her TV during the treatment (though we had a lovely conversation). I rarely do manicures since I'm so active with my hands but her manicure has held up beautifully over a week (normally I chip within a day or two). I highly recommend Lala for personal pampering. I needed to get my nails done and they yelp, I found Lala. The business is located in the basement of her home. She did an excellent job of decorating it and making it feel both warm, welcoming, and professional. She even gave me hot tea and it was so good! I like natural nails and so I went with my regular mani-pedi. As a constant nail salon-goer, I am blown away by my experience. She took her time to do my nails -- massaging my legs and hands, rubbing oils and lotions, etc. It is such a great change from my regular salon where I get rushed after 30 minutes.
