I would not recommend this place to anyone! The customer service was terrible at least with the woman I had my nails didn't even last a half an hour ... I could've done a better job my self! Even my pedicure didn't last! HORRIBLE!!! The first thing I asked was " can you do stiletto nails?" I got a quick answer of "yes yes we can" and was also asked if I wanted a pedicure as well. With the short time they gave me until rushing me into a pedicure chair I saw the price of 25.00, so I thought " okay, I can handle that today". So one woman get started on my pedicure, and about a quarter of the way through another woman start filing my fingernails getting the gel polish off of them so that she can put my new acrylics on. Halfway through gluing the tips on two other women walked in requesting manicures. She stopped what she was doing on me sat down and did full manicures on these girls before coming back. I was okay with this mainly because my pedicure was still in the works, although I did find it very rude. She then came back and asked me how short I wanted them, this is normally fine except that I ask for Stiletto Nails which are very long and pointed. So I asked her again " you do know what stiletto nails are right?" She said yes. So I said "make them as long as you need them to shape them correctly" She then said "so...you want them long...?" So I said, "yes....long and pointed" She then respond with "oh okay I understand" and cut them a fairly long size. So I'm thinking okay she just needed to understand more of what I was aski"ng for. So that my pedicure gets finished and she brings me over to her nail chair. She then starts putting the acrylic on after a kind of clipping the edges of the plastic tips into these weird shapes. She asked me again "now what shape are you trying to get?" So I said "let me get a picture up for you". And this is where I really started getting upset folks... She did not wait for me to finish uploading a picture she grabbed my phone out of my hand which was really a last straw for me because while she had been handling me and my hands. she was being rather violent grabbing and tossing my hands away and giving me just this terrible attitude, so at this point I said we're done. I explained to her that it was not right to treat your customers that way and it was not okay to be grabbing my phone the way that she did, that she obviously had no idea what she was doing as far as stiletto nails go and that I was leaving. She then apologized to me and said she was sorry and that I brought light to the fact that she was being rather abusive but also that she has been doing nails for 15 years and this is just something new to her... (what?!) So I needed to walk her through how to shape them correctly... Long story short folks I left with the ugliest acrylic nails I have ever had. She did give me a $10 discount however they never told me they were giving me the $60 pedicure that is lower on the menu and never gave me the option of a $25 pedicure. So the long of the short here, do not go there. With terrible customer service, they lie about their prices, and they lie about the knowledge that they are supposed to have. I could have had much better service is done at a higher end spa for the same price. Extremely dissatisfied. read more

This place was terrible. The only reason I went is because they are open later than my normal place. The lady that took off my acrylics RIPPED them off. It was more painful than taking them off at home. She didn't smooth my nails out so you can still see all the bumps from the acrylics. Didn't cut my cuticles, cut my nails crooked, and painted outside my nails all over my cuticles. Worst mani I've ever had. On top of that it was 25 dollars which is usually what it costs for a full set. I just went back to let them know I wasn't happy and all the OWNER had to say was 'sit down I fix.' This is the worst manicure I have ever had. I walked in and was happy to see that the staff was able to accomodate me, the perks ended here. I asked for a shellac manicure, and my nails were barely trimmed before my manicurist started slopping paint over my fingers. My cuticles were completely ignored and just painted over. The shellac is rough around the edges and spills over to my nail beds. Even after being dried my nails look gloopy, like there was way too much polish. It was a complete waste of 25 dollars, and when I requested that my edges be touched up, the women working seemed indifferent to the terrible quality. With the amount of nail salons nearby, I wouldn't recommend anyone to T&T, try Martin's Nails or Happy Nails instead. read more

Terrible! Just went for a polish change, removed polish, filed a little, put on new polish. Didn't allow to dry before putting my flip flops on and smeared my polish everywhere. I had to point it out so she touched it up very half assed but let me go home with polish all over my toes. Bet part was paying $10 and then knowing I have to redo. My worst nail salon experience...I went there to get my valentines day nails done, they didn't have the pink shade I wanted and the girl who did my nail CANNOT draw a heart, she struggled for so long, I honestly can do a better job at home. When I left the nail salon my nails wasn't fully dry cause they use a little fan for drying, so it got even more messed up. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I am visiting from Los Angeles and have been to a lot of nail salons and T & T nails was one of the best I have been to. They are very professional and I really enjoyed my pedi. Not only did the pedi include the hot wax which softens your feet, but a hot stone leg massage as well. I have never seen any nail salon do that before. My leg massage with just the lotion was excellent too. I will definitely come back here next time I am in town. Also, the prices were so reasonable! Oh and I don't want to forget to mention that they did a fantastic job on my toe polish as well. read more

Worst pedi ever. If I could give this negative stars, I would. Too hard digging under the nails, cut the cuticles, towels were broiling hot. No base or topcoat! She jammed my flip lop on and messed up the big toe polish. Then she put a tick top coat on that bubbled up. Don't go. I will never go back. read more

I've been here a handful of times and every time i'm disappointed even more. Received the worst gel manicure by the OWNER. I've had acrylics done before and they were not too terrible (definitely not up to my standards though) but this manicure was just awful. I had polish all around my fingers and the polish cracked down the middle the next day on almost all of my fingers. The polish is cheap and poor quality, especially for being gel. I've had normal manicures last longer than this one. No cuticle cutting, nail soak or even a hand massage. I give two stars because I do enjoy the pedicures I get from the younger girl. She is good at what she does but should definitely consider working somewhere else!! read more

The acrylic was more or less shaped like a bubble nail, and looked horrible. I also was more or less ignored while they did my nails as all three women in the shop talked to one another the whole time as if I wasn't there. The second I walked out I wanted to go back and get them off, but sadly had to wait a few weeks to get them done at a new salon. Worst Manicure I have ever received for $25. Not even worth $5. Waste of Time. - Nailpolish applied too thickly & no dry time or fans. Result was a lumpy horrible french manicure that would not dry. I had them remove the work which seemed to offend them, but it was really badly done. - Manicure prep was marginal. I have never seen anyone use cuticle scissors the way this gal did - it was ineffective and 'choppy'. Could this gal really have been certified? They didn't find it in themselves to apologize or offer a reasonable refund. They kept insisting the nails were "beautiful, yes". Or that they would re-do with regular single color polish. Seems that although what I requested and paid for was a french manicure they did not honestly advise that the manicurist was not qualified to do a manicure or french polish. I visited the Sehome location, but will not go to either of their shops again. The manicurist was substandard as was the supervisor/manager's response. read more

I love this place. Three of us walked in. They didn't have much staff, but they took us anyway and made sure our nails looked great. The massage chairs are top notch - something I always look for when I'm getting a mani-pedi and the prices are good. Overall the prices are reasonable, the service was friendly if a bit quiet and my nails look great. read more

I came in to get a manicure and was hoping for some relaxation and good service. I was only looking for a nail color for about two minutes when I was told I had to pick out a color now and sit in this chair that the lady was pointing at. I told her I haven't decided what color I wanted and I wanted to keep looking. She rudely shook her head at me and said "come now". I should have just walked out at that point but I was really excited to treat myself to a manicure after a hard week at work. I quickly grabbed a color and sat down. The lady rushed through the manicure process and didn't even give my arms and hands a massage which I look forward to the most because I'm a nurse and my hands hurt from all the tying I do. When she was done I had my nails drying In front of the fan and she said they were dry even though I knew they needed more time. When I told her they weren't dry yet she told my to leave anyways. When I put my hands in my purse to get my keys three of my nails got messed up in the process. I should have gone back in and demanded a refund but I'm not confrontational so I went home and repainted them myself. I will never be returning to this place and I hope whoever is reading this goes somewhere else because they don't deserve our hard earned money. read more

The customer service was awful, the nail technicians were very short with their responses, did not listen to what shape I wanted my nails, to list a few grievances. Additionally, they charge a ridiculous amount of $5 to apply matte... I have never heard of places charging for this. Don't go here to get your nails done. The women there are not good at what they do, it is over-priced for the quality that you get out of it. Me and a friend just went to get our nails shellacked, and they charged me $10 more than the last place i got them done... and they didn't even know what they were doing. They were reading the back of the box through the whole process. When we got home, we googled how you are supposed to properly apply shellack and they skipped about four steps in the process. My nails look worse than what I usually do to myself at home. All around, it was a bad experience, and this isn't the first bad experience I've had there. Don't go there. read more

Absolutely terrible experience... it took 2 hours to get a mani pedi. No massages. No scrubs. They don't use clean tools. The nail file that was used on my toes was horrific. I got shellac on my fingers and the person painting my nails had headphones in and was talking/laughing on the phone the whole time while occasionally pulling her phone out to play a game while working on my nails. The gel was dried onto my skin so I had to have them go back through and take the gel off so that my skin wasn't connected to my nail. There is still paint all over my skin. I am so disappointed and will not be going back. read more

Well, I have mixed feelings about this place. They PRETEND to care most of the time. Sometime they give you backhanded compliments to make you want to get your toes or nails done, whichever you weren't there to originally do. They never apologize if they mess up. You can walk in and they will always get you in however you might walk in the door before someone else and end up waiting for an hour after they began yours, while they start and finish someone else and then get back to you. One time she cut me with whatever the electrical file is called and I was bleeding everywhere, she didn't apologize but she gave me 5 bucks off after making it sound like she was doing me a favor. Well the prices are good and like I said you don't need a reservation, and they are even willing to stay late past their closing hours to get your business which is nice. I was fine with the minor cuts, and mediocre job ( there were always flaws in my nails) up until recently when they didn't properly sanitize their utensils and I developed some kind of awesome fungus. I know gross right. So now the good prices aren't quite worth it to me anymore. I should have known better though, they are so worried about cramming in as much business as possible they would never have time to properly sterilize their instruments. Oh they did just replace their pedicure chairs with working ones which is nice, before they would charge the same as other places and the chairs didn't work. Their prices also vary, it will say one thing and at the end they will charge you something else. Also, I had the man, the owner I am guessing comment on my mediocre tip, for a mediocre job. They took me right away as a walk in, but the person helping me was also doing two other manicures simultaniously. I just needed my gel polish removed (I had had it put on somewhere else,) and was left to soak my fingers in a bowl of acetone for 10 minutes while he worked on the other two manicures. None of the three employees working had fewer than three coustomers at a time, and they kept telling anyone that walked in there was no problem helping them right away. I would rather wait a few minutes and have the less-divided attention. Maybe if you were just there to get polish applied it wouldn't be an issue, they seem to do a nice job of that. 3 times and done. Staff spent more time talking to one another, answering phone, poked by the persons nails over and over "ouch." When I tried to speak to ask to file an injured nail down I was interrupted and told "I'm not done yet." The. She forgot and I had to ask again. On visit I was rushed into a chair and after seeing color on my nails I requested a darker color on my toes. My nails were done in Matt the gal picked out a sparkly gloss. I was reading and when I noticed I said no I don't want a sparky color and was told they would fix it. How they fixed it? Waited for my toes to dry and they put 2 more coats on top of the existing color. What a mess all while I was finishing my nails being twisted to do both at the same time. Poor customer service, I was told to come at a different time it would be better them...Really? I went across the street today to #1 Nails. All staff were attentive, checked in throughout the entire process. Beautiful French manicure.They offered me & friend a cold Bottle of water....thank goodness! I went to the Maple St location today for a pedi and unfortunately the experience was poor enough to make me want to write a review. I was the only one in there and 5 mins after she started me another customer walked in and wanted her acrylics removed. The technician left me sitting there while she went and removed a full set of nails. She came back to me and had my pedi completed within 15 minutes. The massage- the best part, usually- lasted less than 1 minute per leg. I was in and out in 30 minutes and was charged $30. I am a salon owner in Bellingham and Ive never seen anything like it. Worst pedicure in my life, hands down. I walked in, the only customer. 2 women staff members who did not speak English. There was no attempt at introduction or communication, & my attempts at speaking with them were not responded to in any manner. Not even a smile. She tapped on my feet & pointed when she wanted me to move. She spent the majority of time massaging my calves. Nice, but I really wanted my feet attended to. She spent about 2 seconds on each foot sanding calluses. I'd love to say that's because my feet are so brilliantly smooth & didn't need it, but that's wishful thinking. The worst part, by far, was the lack of cleanliness. The salon was dirty, her hands were dirty, & I have never been in a salon where nail files, sanding & buffer blocks, & sponge toe separators are re-used. Never. They were here. I only hope the instruments had been cleaned properly, as I really don't want a fungal infection. No, I won't be back, & I advise you to avoid it. read more

It started out really well, even though the people working with my friend and I could speak ANY english (totally fine, except that it lead to us getting a treatment we werent prepared to pay for), they were pleasant. My pedicure turned out pretty good, but my nails were bumped by the guy that was painting them (a woman, who I am assuming was an owner was yelling at the man painting my nails and then she bumped him while rushing my friend out of the pedicure chair next to me...) then, after I am also rushed to have my nails dried, we give them our coupons they have put online for students. They not only do not honor the coupons, but charge us more "If we like" essentially telling us to tip.... I was uncomfortable with the whole situation... Wow.. the owner, Anna, is AMAZING. however, she put me down with Ann for my pedi. Ann tried to get me in the water with my SNEAKERS. . She physically pulled me away from where I was trying to take off my shoes and then pushed me so I knocked in to another woman in the chair next to me. ANN then fussed at me as if I ws out of line. ANN then scrubbed me like a bathtub. My feet we're not even shoeless for 5 minutes and she was already reaching for the polish. I am not exaggerating. I had only wet my feet when she started. Within 5 min she poked me with the cuticle stick enough to turn red and swell, but no blood. She swipled twice on my heel harder. She looked more lile scrubbing a tub than providing abservice. She also slapped sugar scub swiped it across my shin, washed it off, then reached for the polish. Wow.. have been getting pedis for 20 years and never saw anything like this. I was miserable and to my embarrassment I cried out when she jabbed me so hard when she went for a second go witj the cuticle stick.. when I cried out.. the entire place turned and stared. ANN then started glaring st me and I am pretty sure she was talking in that angry tone about me because of how her head was jerking towards me. I am stunned. I asked for the pedi to stop.. it was 6 minites from when got those shoes off that she was done.They would not let me up and had a other girl who coughed all over me finish up the pedi. I just wanted to go. The other girls who work there (didn't meet the husband ) seem just fine.. meanwhile the woman who I had knocked into when I was pushed was still on the scrubbing and was getting a rub. Never have I been treated so poorly! Walked into an empty store,was seated at my foot spa station and was promptly worked on. About 5 min later 3 customers walked in and also wanted pedicures, they were immediately seated next to me. The same person who was doing my pedicure left me and ran their water while the other employee continued to talk on her phone. So there I am left in the middle while she is dealing with these other customers! 2 more people walk in they are immediately seated. Finally the employee talking on her phone comes to help. Does she hang up? No she continues to talk via her head phone piece.So now there are 6 women getting pedicures with 2 employees serving them! I asked for a flower and the phone talker was sent over and made a total mess of my big toes! I was so frustrated with the length of time I was forced to spend there I said nothing, paid and left, NEVER to go back. Oh and they were touching other people's feet then mine then back to someone else all without washing their hands! YUCK! read more

Unhappy about the service. My daughter brought me in to treat me for my birthday. I receive a manicure and a pedicure. The chair was a nice message chair and that is what gets the one star. The lady Anna was very nice and did a decent job on my nails, but the lady called Yew did my pedicure and she had a frown on her face the whole time we were there. She didn't give any message what so ever, just tapped at the bottom of my feet about four times. She did the design on my toe without even asking what I wanted. I asked her if she would put a little blue in the flower and it ended up looking like a Christmas decoration. Also, they spoke their language the whole time and even ignored me a couple of times. When you know how to speak English, out of courtesy you should speak the same language as your customers.. My daughter also got a mani and pedi and her nails looked terrible. Anna charged $100, I said my daughter thought it would be less and she went down to $90. My daughter gave them a $10 tip they did not deserve.
