I was confused about which color I had chosen (my fault), and there was clearly some annoyance on the part of the staff that I asked a question about it. They also reused items (nail files, buffers, etc.) which I did not love. The nail technicians little plastic box had various tools and instruments all thrown in together. I got a deluxe manicure, and it included a desultory massage I could have just as easily done myself. Finally, the attitude of the staff did not put me at ease. On the other side of the salon, where there were no customers, it sounded like there was a party going on, but it was just staff members. I was not impressed, and particularly not for the price.

My sister got a pedicure with bath and massage only no polish removal and a manicure with gel polish removal. He takes so much time to make sure that each nail turns out perfect. Plus I love that he offers solar nails which means instead of waiting for paint or gel to dry, he does a a buff, and the nails stay shiny longer. It's more expensive, but it's worth it. Even after three weeks, he made sure my fill looked perfect. I don't think the PNW has a place better and I will continue to drive two hours on Saturday's to come here
