Today was my first time visiting this salon. I was greeted warmly and felt welcome right away without having made an appointment. The gentleman who worked on my nails made sure to tell me all the options available for the French tips I wanted. After deciding on tips with acrylic, he worked quickly and efficiently without rushing and did a beautiful job. I was very pleased with the way my nails looked as well as the reasonable price I was charged for removing dipping powder I'd had, prepping them and giving me a fresh full set. Went for a self-care day and ended up being very unsatisfied. A lot of my finger nails are uneven and crooked and super bulky. My nails feel heavy. My toes are so uneven with the polish, the photo doesn't do justice!!!!! The lady that did them didn't even say a word to me. Won't be going back and very disappointed in the service. Almost seemed like she was in a rush and there was only 2 other people in there when I was there. Very upset. read more

Absolutely do NOT get your nails done here, at least not by the new nail techs. I am in disgust with my nails. The pictures can say it all. Spent even more money in the end to have to get them fixed. My daughter and I made appts to come in at 2 pm, but we' were running late, so we called and asked if we could come in at 3 pm. "No problem" we were told. We explained we were going to a DePauw event right after the appt, so if the salon couldn't get us in on time, we understood. "No problem" we were told. When we arrived, they seemed surprised to see us. They asked us to wait 30 min. We did. Then we asked when could they take us? At this point, we were ready to leave and go to the event without pretty nails. We were bummed at that prospect, but we were nice about how we asked. Suddenly they could "fit us in." BUT another customer was made to wait, and my daughter's nail tech was so angry that the other customer (perhaps a regular?) was made to wait that she pushed the cuticles and grabbed my daughter's hands extra hard and cut my daughter repeatedly while trimming her nails. It is possible that she was incompetent, but her facial expressions suggested anger. Also the prices were $$$$. My manicure was ok, my daughter's not so much. Just go somewhere else if you want a good manicure/pedicure at a reasonable price with friendly service. read more

I had not had my nails done in years and was just trying to cheer myself up. This was the wrong place to do that! The woman who did my manicure was not nice at all. She barely tried to speak with me, constantly stopped to rub her wrists. She seemed to be in pain and should not have been doing that job. She clearly does not like what she is doing and it showed! She was not gentle at all. I showed a picture of what I wanted, that was NOT what I got! My nails were all filed at a slant and the glue under my nails was so thick my skin was sticking to them. There was a man working there who was kind and tried to fix them, but they were not fixable. In the end, I had to pay for a service that was beyond terrible! I hade to file and cut the nails off myself when I got home. :( read more

When I'm in my hometown and need my nails done this is THE place to go. Mimi does a phenomenal job and is always super detailed and takes her time which is so important!! Everyone that works there is always so nice and friendly and accommodating to all of their customers. The facility is crystal clean and they have great massage chairs for when you're getting a pedicure. This past weekend I got a gel mani and it's the best gel mani I have ever gotten, thanks to Mimi :) I love love love my nails. Unfortunately for me, I have yet to find a place as good as T&T in Indy. read more

Every time I go there they cut me. If not cut, they file way too low. I was getting a pedicure yesterday and the lady would not stop digging at a bruise under my nail. The side of my toe was red before, but since she kept digging it is now super swollen. I told her it was a bruise but she did not stop. They say you can make an appointment, but there is no point. They get to you when they get to you. Appointments don't matter to them. I do not recommend. read more

I don't come to this nail salon often, typically when i can't get in with my regulars at vip in avon. My nail tech was one of the older men. He seemed very annoyed the entire time often grabbing parts of my hand and turning harshly (basically the side/middle of my palm in which i cannot move freely by itself) He then filed, filed, filed, and FILED my nails to the point it was so painful I tried to avoid grimacing. I have never had someone file my nails to that point. He cut near my cuticles everywhere. Filed the *skin* on the side of my nails creating so many hang nails. i got acrylic nails and he put the acrylic OVER my cuticles. He then proceeded to file AGAIN after dropping this file on the floor after he painted my nails... then messed up the paint job. My fingers are painful and look like it too. I then apologized if I being a little shaky because I'm 9 months pregnant and he was still rude and annoyed the whole time. i was in there a few weeks ago and had a women do my nails, not sure of her name because she didn't speak a word to me the entire time she did my nails. she filed the skin around both of my pinkys and made them bleed, constantly jerked my hand and rolled her eyes at me, and was not gentle whatsoever. won't be going back here unless Jesse does my nails. 0/10 experience. read more

if I could give this place a 0 I would.. worst experience ever. my nails are crooked and the lady was very rude tried handing me the nail filer & told me to fix them myself. my mom got a regular manicure and her nails are not even fully painted.. This was my first visit to this salon, and the staff was extremely rude to me. I called and made an appointment for a manicure. When I arrived, I announced myself and was seated. 20 minutes later, I asked when I would be seen for my service. I was yelled at that I would be the next one seen when the first customer was finished. I received no apology for my wait. When I pointed out that I had an appointment and asked if I could at least receive an apology, I was told that I should feel special that I was taken before the "other" walk-ins. I was also told that it is normal for people to no-show to appointments, and they will not set aside an appointment time. I then asked why this was not explained to me when I made the appointment, and the response from the man who scheduled my appointment was that he "doesn't have time to explain that to people!" If your business does not honor appointments, please do not accept appointments! I asked how I could get in touch with the owner, and my nail technician said that she does not have to answer my questions. I ended up leaving without service because I refuse to be treated with humiliation and indignity. I will not return, and I recommend you do not either. read more
