Quality time here, excellent customer treatment without the sketch commission based attitude, offered an easy going test drive, and though limited inventory due to 2020 fun times I was told they usually boast a healthy 300 models in inventory. I hate car dealerships. No secrets they tend to play with secrets and pretend all sorts of nonsense to con us customers out of our cash. Didn't get near that mess here, compared to the experience my buddy and I had with Ray Skillman West in Indianapolis earlier this year (where they popped in nearly $500 of "mandatory" dealer fees without warning during the signing papers process and failed on many accounts which I put down in my review for your enjoyment) this was a nice clean air shopping experience. I am my friend's auto advisor and finally felt good to get to a dealer where everyone is working together and making the typical awful-ness of big expensive purchases as smooth as possible. Billy took care of us as we picked out a 2016 Nissan Altima. There isn't much to pick from beyond the domestic and Japanese/Korean options, Camry, Malibu, Focus, and such basic names but easily enough for the average car buyer. I'm sure they'd normally have a lot more options as first mentioned. We noticed one of the tires had 5psi on it but Billy was quick to sort that out (unlike Ray Skillman who made it worse). Thankfully we are planning to get back down Thursday to complete the purchase. Looking forward to driving down again since I need a car too! It's a bummer they aren't keen to car search - I asked; learned that some people were not raised right and fail to buy the car they said they wanted. I'd like to see T&T figure out a way to work with customers to find cars. Going to an auction myself wouldn't be smart on my part since I have zero experience, entirely clueless to know what's a smart buy, would rather let the professionals who know what to look for do auction car searching especially for salvage and rebuilt titles which require extra loops to jump through before being road legal. From what I understand, most of these cars were only stuck with cosmetic damage before going to auction. Any serious issues are fixed before putting up for sale on the lot, all things considering makes T&T is the hot spot for getting some great wheels at a fair price. read more

Had a wonderful experience here. Sales people were not pushy and were super helpful, they were very accommodating and actually let me test drive several vehicles. The owner was very pleasant to speak with and even worked with me because I didn't have the down payment in my bank until the following day. I ended up with a 17 Taurus with barely any miles, clean title and all, for a killer deal! After going home I realized I paid about 5K less than the KBB value simply because the car had minor hail damage, If I was to replace a few body panels (few hundred dollars) it would look brand new. They have a HUGE selection of vehicles, a lot of them had 20k miles or less. I am very impressed, will never buy a car elsewhere! read more
