I always find a parking spot on the outside with easy access available and have yet to enter parking garage but they do have one available. I have been going to get adjustments since it opened with most recent visit being 11/29/23 from Dr.Tim Nawrocki. He is very knowledgeable and not rough like some chiropractors. He's also friendly, punctual, and caring too. I notice that my back and neck always feel better when I keep regular visits. Another amazing experience about this office is it's so easy to book your appointments. If your like myself and only remember things after hours or if you love texting verses calling or both they have an app which is very convenient! I love it and they text you 48 hours before your appointment then 24 hours then on the day of so you don't forget or you have time to cancel because I was getting to that next, they will charge you a fee if you cancel appt last minute but they will work with you as far as if an emergency were to come up so they aren't going to just profit on you being late but they make it hard for you to be late with the reminders. lol! Last but not least, it is not inexpensive but it's totally worth it when your pains start to ease up and you start to feel better. I used to think how can a chiropractor really work on you in 15 min or less but they can if they know what they are doing! I went in to see Dr Kelly. Now just because she is a petit lady.... don't think that she can't worked that back and neck that has been causing you issues for the past couple months. For me, she was a miracle worker. Dr Kelly even took care of my hips which I didn't even know I had an issue. But with some type Kung Fu move, she allowed me to have a greater range of motion with my hips. In addition, my back got INSTANT relief... and my neck that was in pain was dramatically reduced just on the first visit. The location is off of Central Expressway and Arapaho... and they have a very nice clinic that is clean and very well taken care of.

I pretty much immediately was sat on the table and he began moving my body and doing certain techniques that I was unfamiliar with, because I'd never been there before. While doing the therapies I explained I was having pain and couldn't focus on what he was saying because I was experiencing a lot of things I'd never felt before. He kept asking me what I wanted to do and I explained multiple times that I did not know, because I had never been there before. I also explained that I am someone who needs to have an understanding of what is about to happen before it is done, but I don't think he understood or liked that. Throughout the session he kept using a lot of words and terms that I didn't know-to which I frequently said, "I don't know what that means". We ended with a massage. The whole thing was a very odd experience. I think it would be helpful if he took a few minutes to explain the process and what will take place prior to starting treatment, instead of rushing to begin treatment and explain as it's taking place-especially for new clients who don't know what is about to take place.
