They even helped me out with an ingrown toenail that had been bothering me; it's healed up perfectly now. The staff has always been super friendly and considerate throughout the process. The only small quirk is that they sometimes perform manicures at the pedicure stations. When my wife and I went recently for just a manicure, we were seated in the pedicure chairs instead of at a standard table. It can feel a bit awkward with the angles, but it doesn't necessarily take away from the quality of the service, it's just an interesting choice. I really love the various packages they offer; it's always a relaxing time. Parking is also a huge plus here. The lot is quite ample, so I've never had an issue finding a spot quickly. Luckily, the pedicure redeemed itself. The lady painting my nails on my hands did not let me use the massage function of the chair because she was worried about not painting my nails well. Which, I never heard of but it's fine.... Then I look at my nails after leaving and this is a terrible nail painting job on the hands! The polish doesn't even color my entire nail.
