I was excited to try out this place and was hoping to make this my go to nail spot since it's so close to the house and gym on top of the good reviews. The first time I came to get my nails fixed by another place and the guy did a decent job so I came back for a new set and a pedi. I called ahead for an appt and asked for a good pedi person, as soon as I sat down on the pedi chair the lady was saying in Vietnamese "looks picky already". Then the guy who did my nails the last time believe he is the owner kept speaking in Vietnamese and said how picky I was to his employees and bragging about his skills and years of experience. My set was going to cost $60 but he changed his mind last minute and charged $65. The set came out ok, I've had better but whatever it was I was gladly paid full price and left a good tip but never ever again since I felt super disrespected from this business. I know I'm not the easiest customer so I would always leave a $15/$20 tips but don't be talking crap the whole time. read more

I have found my nail salon. I am so happy with my experience here and with how long my nails have lasted. Tracey, did a wonderful job and essentially made my nails indestructible. I work in an industry where I'm constantly using my hands and a few times I thought my nails would break or come off like with my pervious experiences, however, with this set never once did I need to glue my nails to make them last. I also have a puppy, that plays with my fingers and whatnot and they also held up with that activity. It has been almost 6 weeks since I got my initial set and I still get compliments on my nails. Such a nice, clean and lovely shop hidden in the Big Lots strip mall. Plexiglass partitions are used in between your neighboring chair and the foot of your seat. Masks are worn by the staff and clients, everything is very clean and well maintained. They accommodated my senior mom her walker and oxygen tank. Lisa seated me right away and even welcomed me w/ a water bottle (which I appreciated very much)! She started on my nails within 5mins. First time I went here, they were great. I even sent my grandma in and paid for it. This time? The nail tech that did my nails told me he knew exactly what I wanted, which was false. Then he told me I wasn't clear. He told me they looked "ok". I didn't pay 74 dollars to have nails that are "ok". He told me to smile, I didn't want to. I wanted to walk out. I want to remove my acrylic nails and have them done by someone that listens. That's just my hands. My toenails? They aren't cut/filed straight and my nail polish apparently never set and peeled off. Also? Their "matching color"? Does not match. I thought I found my nail salon until today. Today where I was spoken down to and basically told to deal with a sub par job. Obviously he even knew my nails were sub par stating "they don't look that bad" and "they are ok". They are hideous and now I have to spend a literal ton more money to try and find someone that will listen and do my nails correctly. I'm extremely upset. I have to google how to remove crappy acrylic without absolutely destroying my nail bed since they aren't lifting yet. Ridiculous. If I could have found a way to walk out of there only paying for the half decent pedicure. *note* bad nails will apparently come off if you file down the acrylic as much as possible and soak in acetone for 10 minutes at a time, the bad acrylic will scrape right off. That's thanks to a great nail tech that is unfortunately out of the country, residing in Canada. Shame it seems I have to go out of the country just to find a decent nail tech. Oh. I should probably add that the acrylic is fused to my actual skin on one nail. Awesome. read more
