We called them because we recently bought our first home and our 3 zone heating system wasn't working properly and the installing company (wood's heating service) would not honor their warranty since we don't subscribe to their oil. Amazing!!! No need to call any other companies! These guys were fantastic! They installed a new AC in our home. They were all so good so neat and offered some great suggestions! My Air Conditioning unit was inoperative. I called Tony (Antonio Gomes) and he sent two of his workmen, named Bill and Jay. They located a circuit board on our Honeywell heating/cooling system that was inoperative due to a faulty circuit board. After contacting Tony Gomes on the telephone they installed a new Honeywell HZ311 three zone controller. Here where Gomes comes in and marked up the Honeywell with a 300% markup of the cost. Without conferring with me that replaced my programmable Honeywell thermostat with a non programmable Braeburn Thermostat Model 1020. We had a furnance/ac repair and hot water tank from Tony several years ago, and were very happy with his service. A plumbing from one of the "big guy" firms in the local HVAC biz looked at our 8 year old furnace and immediately declared it wasn't fixable, but he did have all the brochures and paperwork on hand to sell us a new one. Looking for a honest and reliable HVAC company is super hard. Having had bad experiences in the past with over priced HVAC services a person is always weary. Fortunately I found T. Gomes through the reviews on Yelp. I'm glad that I called them. My first call was for my rental property. T. Gomes were quick to respond with an appointment. They arrived on time, did the job and were truly reasonable with the pricing. Having that first positive experience I didn't hesitate to call them when my home central air system stopped working. I did have to wait 2 weeks for my appointment due to their heavy schedule but I'm glad I did. The technician Jason H. came in on time, accessed the job and explain exactly what was wrong. He had to order a new fan control board and came the next day installed the board and the sweet cool air came flowing back into my home. He also explained to me that there needed to be some updates in the AC wiring and wrote what needed to be done in detail on my receipt for the electrician. My wife and I began thinking about installing central air back in February. I did some research on various companies and came across T Gomes and was impressed by all of the 5 star reviews. Tony provided an estimate relatively quickly and answered all of our questions both during the visit and afterwards via email/text. We decided to go with Tony and scheduled a time mid-March right around the time COVID began. Tony was very flexible as we rescheduled with him a couple of times. Last August I hired them because I had a leak in the ceiling- they told me it was from air-conditioning unit so I spent money replacing the central air- the season ended so I didn't use the air conditioning -this year I turned it on and quickly had water in the ceiling- they came-they at first did not want to - they said it's not their problem -they sent the duct man he said it's not his problem -now my insurance is taking care of it -I have had two highly rated plumbers tell me that there is no insulation there and they did not replace the ductwork where it is leaking they just covered it with cheap silver wrapping-I'm sorry I ever used them I wasn't trying to take advantage of anybody- the work order says water from the ceiling and they Did not address that issue at all and the workmanship they did according to the other plumbers who have come in is less than good so I warn you before you use them and if you've had good luck with them that's terrific read more

I either received quotes from a large company that was in and out within 20 mins or a quote that was so high I couldn't justify doing it. None of the companies gave me a great feeling and I just couldn't do it. Then after more searching I came across tgomes. I couldn't find a bad review on any site for the guy and I checked everywhere. Called him on a Thursday and he was here that Saturday morning to quote the job. My job wasn't the easiest. I have a fairly large colonial with no duct work present and I didn't want the mini split wall units on all my walls. I wanted all my ducks installed in either the ceilings or the floor. Tony's price was right on point and he said it would take him 3-4 days to do it. I said yes instantly. Couple weeks later he and his crew arrived installed everything perfectly in exactly 4 days. His crew is professional, courteous, and very helpful. My neighbor even came over and asked for a quote as well and sure enough he got the job. He helped me get all of my rebate forms together to submit to national grid for an efficient system rebate. Couple weeks later he was installing my neighbors system and he came on over and knocked on the door to see how everything was and made sure the system was performing how it should on that 90+ degree day.
