They are very professional, fast and friendly. They did a good job on our Tesla. I'll use them again on our next wrap.

I couldn't be happier with the vinyl wrap I got for my car! From start to finish, the team was…read moreprofessional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about their work. They helped me choose the perfect color and finish, and the end result is absolutely flawless it looks like a brand-new car.

The short version: This is a scam, just out to steal your money and damage your car. Do NOT, under…read moreany circumstances, let Velare Auto Styling provide any services to your car. Here's why: I reached out via Yelp and was very pleased with how responsive Tony was. We worked out a deal for him to do both my car and my friend's car. I brought him a brand new car straight off the delivery truck, and now I am having to pay for someone else to paint correct his errors from his poor PPF application. First of all, I'm not entirely sure who this person is. He introduces himself as Tony, but in order to "save your time slot", you Zelle someone named Carlos. Then when we moved off Yelp chat to texting, it is listed as someone named Juan. Next problem: there is no such thing as "saving your spot". He'll ask you to pay half up front. This is just an easy way for him to steal some of your money without following through on his timeline. I dropped my car off on a Monday afternoon and was told I'd be able to pick it up Wednesday afternoon with PPF on the front and tinted front roll up windows. However, come Wednesday afternoon, the time got pushed to between 6-7pm. Then again to 9-10pm. Then he asked that I come pick it up at 6am Thanksgiving morning! I asked to pick it up Friday afternoon when I'd be back in the area. At 2:20am Thanksgiving Thursday morning I finally got a response back that Friday afternoon would work. When we texted to confirm pick up on Friday, then flooded the excuses why we couldn't pick it up Friday afternoon: he moved out of county. He was up all night and tired. He was stuck in traffic. He "wouldn't allow the car to be picked up" until the product cured. Turns out, he wouldn't allow the car to leave because he hadn't actually done any of the agreed upon services. This dragged on a full week later after I originally dropped my car off for what was supposed to be a half to one full day project. After so many excuses and delays, I asked for photographic proof he still had my car. Instead he sent a video of my friend's car from a few days ago! Once I was finally able to take back my car, there were bubbles EVERYWHERE in the PPF. Not just a few. Like 50. All over- along the edges, in the middle of panels. There were several threads left underneath the film. Parts were silvering. Multiple edges were already lifting along the mirrors, hood and bumper. He didn't bother to cut out the front sensors or reflectors- just filmed right over top, trapping tons of water underneath. And after all this time at his shop, he never once mentioned that he doesn't do the actual tint job. So when we picked it up, the windows were never tinted either. Now that I've had the PPF removed, there are scratches all over my literal brand new car thanks to Velare Auto Styling. The paint is discolored in a spot where one of the bubbles were too. I was fooled by the matte wrapped Lamborghini and BMW sitting in the shop to think that they were a respectable operation. However this couldn't be farther from the truth. Lastly Tony offered to refund my money. He did not promptly refund the money, so we requested money via Zelle and even sent the QR from Venmo to make it easy for whatever works best for him. He texted two days later at 2am to say he sent the money and to serve as a record of refund, but of course no money ever came. He lied. Just like he did so many other times during our interactions. We gave him so many chances. So many opportunities to make things right. But unfortunately we were completely taken advantage of. And so were our friends. So many lies. So many excuses. Such poor work. Do not fall into this trap.
