I explained the situation, showed her the competitor quotes I had passed up, and explained that my schedule is very tight. She was completely dismissive, refused to honor or price-match the original quote, and didn't even offer an apology for the 'miscommunication.' Because I was already there and couldn't easily reschedule my day, I ended up paying double the original quote to get the ceramic tint. My advice to anyone coming here: get your quote in writing and make sure it explicitly states the exact type of tint (e.g., nano-ceramic). You can easily find top-tier ceramic tint elsewhere for the price they charge for their mid-tier film. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 solely because of the two brothers working in the garage. They were super friendly, professional, and did an excellent job on the installation. It's a shame the front-office sales tactics don't match the quality of the work in the back.

I chose a shade with uv great protection and heat reducing for the sides and a clear one with even more heat blocking for the windshield. Who new the have clear for the windshield. there is a lifetime warrantee. They were right up front about everything. The job was done quickly and very well. I couldn't be happier and am glad I went here. Yes, I would recommend OC Tint Solutions to anyone wanting to tint their windows. It's been a few weeks now and my car feels cooler. I had two of my cars with llumar, and most recently with Xpel as that's what his shop uses now. They have samples for different % in display for you. I haven't had any issues with the tint jobs ( yet ), and the other cars have had it on for a few years now. Xpel is the newer one, but hoping it'll hold up just the same.
