Unfortunately, my experience with the cashier, Ava, was disappointing. Instead of handling my question professionally, she made a comment to a coworker right in front of me, saying, "Do you have wipes because this girl is asking for a discount." I found this remark rude, unprofessional, and unnecessary. As a customer, I should be able to ask about pricing or discounts on damaged merchandise without feeling mocked or embarrassed. I understand that employees may not have the authority to offer discounts, and I would have completely accepted a polite explanation. However, the way the situation was handled made me feel disrespected. Customer service should involve treating customers with courtesy, even when the answer is no. I hope management addresses this issue and reminds staff of the importance of professionalism and respectful communication.

Not sure if it just looked like that to me because it was just one floor and I am used to the one where I live that is two floors but seems way smaller!! And this one has two entrances. This kohl's was very clean, and very organized. As we were browsing through the store two of there staff actually welcomed us and offered their assistance if we needed it. That was very nice of them! We didn't buy anything, we were just checking it out. Will definitely check it out again. It seemed like they had a much better variety on clothing, shoes, and bedding than the kohl's in our area.

Starbucks has been renovated within the year and is now a drive through location with nice large windows that let in ample natural light. There is dog friendly seating in the patio out front. A new ice cream shops has just popped up where the Starbucks used to be. Oceans and Earth is a restaurant that specializes in seafood and other meats as well as farm fresh vegetables. Their wine selection is good and I believe they now also serve brunch on weekends although we have only dined there for dinner. There is a beauty salon that has numerous little substations. It's new and clean. There is also a CVS Pharmacy. Nekter has fresh juices and smoothies. There is also a Rubios. Lots of pine trees make parking in the summer better for your car so it's not so hot when you return from running errands. The only part of the parking lot where you really need to take care is near the grocery store as there are a lot of people who forget to look both ways before crossing. In about an hour, I pulled around 18 pieces to try on and found several great additions to my summer wardrobe while staying within my budget. The only frustration was that many items in the XS section were mixed with M, L, and other sizes, making it a little harder to shop efficiently. The associates at the register were friendly and professional, and they listened when I shared feedback about the loud music in the fitting rooms. Overall, I'm glad I finally found a shopping method that works for me. What used to feel intimidating now feels manageable, and I left with some wonderful pieces for my summer wardrobe.
