At first glance, not a huge or easily found section for petites, which would be nice. Parking was very easy and the checkout line moved quickly, with three cashiers working fast.

Shopped around for a bit and when I went to check out there was one cashier with 4 people in line. Three employees were standing by the front talking about " that's why I'm closing tonight". When I finally got to the register to purchase something I was told that they actually couldn't accept whatever coupon I had and that it wasn't for any of the items I was going to purchase. So basically waited to return, waited to checkout and finally just left what I was going to buy at the register with the coupon and left. Not surprised I only saw 3 other customers around the store.

Their wine selection is good and I believe they now also serve brunch on weekends although we have only dined there for dinner. There is a beauty salon that has numerous little substations. It's new and clean. There is also a CVS Pharmacy. Nekter has fresh juices and smoothies. There is also a Rubios. Lots of pine trees make parking in the summer better for your car so it's not so hot when you return from running errands. The only part of the parking lot where you really need to take care is near the grocery store as there are a lot of people who forget to look both ways before crossing. She was trying to make a payment and then, immediately after, use her card to buy our merch. Let me just say--it was a timely transaction and very public. However, our cashier was the opposite of judgmental. She was kind. Honestly, truly kind. [Amy, are you a Christian?] My mom was shaking, embarrassed, and trying to just get out of there. I stayed calm, coaching her through it and explaining that it was fine. Amy kept apologizing, saying sorry, and going above and beyond to smooth out the chaos. This is that part of humanity you hardly get to see. Forget customer service awards--Amy, you deserve a big blessing. Nordstrom Rack should be so appreciative to have you. Paris helped me instantly relax as she helped me find a dress and she further eased my worry of buying a last minute dress that might not look good on me. She helped me make sure it fit well, helped me style it accordingly, and overall made sure I looked good. Honestly, despite me almost having a breakdown because of the whole predicament I was in, Paris remained calm, friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the whole time.
