Very poor customer service. Makes me sad because Nordstrom has always been known for impeccable counter service. This store shames the brand's name. Nordstrom used to be known for having one of the best return policies in the business and now even Walmart has better return policies. I made a purchase within 30 days (the proper time), came back to the store and asked if I could get a gift receipt. I was told that wasn't possible so I ask if I could please return it and then buy it back to be able to get a gift receipt and I was told that would not be possible. I could return it, but I could never have it back with the gift receipt, but I could come back to the store at a later time to see if I could find it out on the floor to buy it once again and then I could get a gift receipt... This store should have a sign(s) at the front of the store, stating the pick up order is at the back. I waited in a long line, upfront (no customer service was available to ask). Then told I need to go to the back of the store. I ask the service rep at pickup why there is no mention of the pickup location in the email, barcode, or a sign at the store front - he stated each store is different, so there is no direction. I asked him to please let management know best to place a sign upfront. He was nice enough but the long wait was not. Frustrating. read more

Enjoy stopping by here during my lunch hour. The place is well kept and is very organized. They have different sections sorted throughout from mens, women's, home goods, electronics and even for children. It's a one stop shopping experience. next door they also have Ulta and Target which makes things a bit easier! Will be back soon :) read more

Disappointed. Outlate Mall. Bought 9 shoe online. Needed to exchange a couple of them since the boys size changed. Have the receipt & z credit card used but store mgr said they changed the system and unable to exchange. Refused to give store credit. Shoe still has the tag on it/ never worn. read more

I've been to a few Nordstrom Rack locations and this one is by far one of the better stores. It's much more organized, clean, welcoming, and carries a pretty good variety of clothes, shoes, and everything in between. Though I didn't find the items I was looking for at my last visit, I did like walking around to browse through their merchandise. Staff and customers seem really chill here also and everyone is just focused on having a good shopping experience. Noise level was barely there, even with people there. Parking is easy here, as it shares a lot in a large shoppin center. I'm pretty sure I'll be coming back the next time I am in a shopping mood. read more

Here for the VIP Preview Party b4 opening on Thursday 11.09 @ 9 a.m. Got an invite for Nordstrom Credit Card Holders on Tuesday 11.07 @ 7 p.m. I was planning to come on Thursday 8 am for the Opening party before 9 am when they open their doors to the public. Great vibes w DJ spinning good music, drink options were available for their guests and some granola fruit bars etc. The Rack is well lit with a lot of stocked items. Ready for Xmas shopping. Great time to open right b4 the holidays. Stocked up on a lot of items. Prices were great like All the racks. There were a lot of check out lanes open. Don't let that scare you... Associate were all so friendly & kept the line moving. A bit smaller store compared to the other locations. Located next to Target & Ulta in the Anaheim Festival Shopping Center. This was a neat-ish rack. Some are very scattered but I like that they had employees putting things back where they belonged and were doing there best so when we searched for something it would be easier to find. Additionally I asked 3 different associates for assistance and they all Went above and beyond to assist and walk me to the areas and search with me. read more

Nordstrom Rack - Women's Clothing Near Me - Anaheim, California

Came into this location on a random weekday. Parking was easy and the store was pretty empty. The very first thing I noticed was how small this Nordstrom Rack is in comparison to the other locations I've been to. The selection was terrible and sizes were pretty limited too, which I will assume is due to their limited space. The store was so smushed and cluttered that it made it nearly impossible to find specific items. It was also difficult to get a wheelchair through the aisles and clothing racks. I ended up leaving and going to the Brea location. Much easier to navigate, more spacious, wheelchair friendly and an overall better layout. read more

Not only did she call for me, (no stores do that anymore) she cleared my account and was able to give me bonus points in the process. I was excited to have a Nordstrom Rack near me, but it's very clear this is not the same company. I bought a pair of Joes Jeans during their opening weekend and I didn't realize how bad they SMELL from the dye that was used. I understand that they can't take returns on washed items, but this is ridiculous. After 3 washes these pants are still SO smelly. They wouldn't accommodate a return or exchange for me so definitely smell your jeans before purchasing from the Rack. I spoke with Belinda? On the phone and was unable to offer any type of resolution. No wonder Nordstrom as a company is going down the drain. They're just as bad, if not worse, than Macy's and other retailers. Staff is so kind and welcoming! They have a huge selection of designer shoes and it's affordable compared to Nordstrom.

Nordstrom's Rack has always been a treasure chest of classic pieces, excellent quality in their products which virtually sell themselves, but a little nudge from an enthusiastic Sales Associate is always a win-win situation. Oh my gosh, I would so enjoy putting together displays, accessories included. When you are in your "element," everything flows !!! I have multiple levels of Retail Sales positions. A Sales Associate for Land's End. I also prepped the store prior to opening every day ensuring that every table item was properly folded. I also enjoyed prepping the store for closings; returning every item to it's proper location, filed in size and/or color. The store must look put together so shoppers can more easily select their garments. Very important to make each client feel "special" because they are !!! Do you know if Nordstrom doesn't have the size or the color you want,and you want to order it. Inside the store for free shipping. Well that doesn't happen any more. You will have to have a minimum of $89. To have it sent to you or even if you wanted to do a pick up. But wait. Just Google the item on Amazon and it will even be cheaper. I waited until today to visit the store. I live a mile away and was excited to have Nordstrom Rack in the neighborhood, until I entered the store. Total disappointment, the space is tiny, feels overcrowded and I could not see any merchandise that was worth buying. To me it looked like an overpacked Walmart. Also the unfinished ceiling makes it look like a warehouse, cold and unappealing. I usually shop at the location in Brea, although, lately, the merchandise is just as cheap and bad, but at least is bigger and not as claustrophobic as this one. I guess the luster of being a little upscale has gone out the window along with the economy. read more

Super excited that this new store opened in Anaheim Hills but bummed it doesn't have the home or the pet section in it, it's a mini rack. I came for the VIP night on 11/7 it was fun. I did notice the parking lot was packed, I can only imagine what it's going to be like when Ulta opens up next to them. They also only have I believe 4 cashiers at the front and then 2 off to the side which made for a long check out time ‍ read more

What a let down of a Nordstrom Rack. Super small and dingy. The shopping carts barely even fit down the aisles it's so small ! Not sure this will be a good place to shop but giving it stars as an option to pickup merchandise. Not feeling the warehouse look either. The Anaheim Hills Nordstrom Rack has pervert-friendly fitting rooms. Unaware of their creepy policy, I found some nice items that I wanted to try on. As I was undressing, a man walked in on me in my fitting room and saw me half naked. I felt shocked and violated and at first I wanted to believe that it was a mistake, but as I was leaving the fitting room area I saw that the attendants were letting other men go where the women were. What in the world is going on there? Yes, the clothes are nice and the cashiers are friendly, but if I'm not able to try on any of their clothes, I'm not going to be shopping there. read more
