This is an older store. It's always busy when I go. Staff are pleasant. They keep themselves pretty well stocked.

Why have a physical store if there are no employees who can help? No assisted check out, very few options to get support. Jr who is the cashier in the beauty department was the only associate here who deserves a paycheck. Save your time and order online for free. This store doesn't care. read more

This Walmart Super Store is HUGE. If you think you have an idea where an item may be, you just may be wrong becuase there is so much stuff here. I had to ask where to find index cards since I thought they would be in the craft section but there is an area for office supplies which I should have known. If you can, try to go early or late in the day, since this place can get packed pretty quickly. But we don't always have the luxury to pick our time if we need something really really bad. Definitely go before 9 AM on the weekends and it won't be busy at all! I went at 8 AM on a Sunday and it was so quiet and peaceful.

Only down side is the parking lot LOL! They have everything here so you can get it all in one trip. Prices are great and their order on line and drive in to pick up is the way to go! Call ahead for special order baked goods for your office parties. Store is clean and bright. As for the self check out lanes- I am old school and like the cashiers. read more

So perhaps one of the best advantages of this location is how brand spanking new it is. Everything looks super sharp and organized! Even their bathroom was quite impressive and clean! They made quite the grand gesture of opening up the place with free red bulls and free root beer floats which everyone and their mom was in line for lol. I passed on it though but what i could not pass up on were their Complete Cookies! High in protein, low in sugar, and still tastes enough like a satisfying cookie fix! Only 7$ for 4 of them! This Walmart off paseo is the closest to my house and sometimes I go to the one on 101 E Redd. I take advantage of doing pickup and LOVED IT cus I help take care of my elderly parents close to 80 years old and I most definitely don't trust shopping in the stores. If I can avoid people as much as possible to prevent my parents from getting sick I will. But Walmart you've gotten terrible. I'm so disappointed in both stores. 3 purchases I've made this month and every purchase I've made I was missing an item. I've never, ever gone thru this before. This store on Paseo Sep 1st claimed I picked up a body pillow when it was never placed in my car. I thought it was going to be shipped until I called the 1800 line and they told me it shows picked up it was not going to be delivered so I had to get a refund on this GIFT I had for my niece for her Birthday which was the next day. I went to 101 E Redd Walmart on Sep 3rd thinking my chances were better with different merch, I was getting sports bra's delivered to my house. I work from home, I have cameras, and I have 4 dogs who easily alarm me when anyone has shown up. The entire day I was waiting for the delivery and all I got was a message that it was delivered? To where? When? There I go again calling the 1800 line to get a damn refund. And NOW the most recent purchase which was yesterday Sep 12, I did a pickup at the Paseo store and I'm missing the instant Coffee. Seriously. WHAT THE FUCK? I appreciate customer service for refunding my money back they have always been amazing to me but it's upsetting all around. I was informed all this has been reported to the stores management team and to their corporate office which I hope something does happen. It's ridiculous having to go thru this whole ass process when I'm not even the one touching the merchandise until I get home. I sure as hell do not want to be baby sitting every employee and making sure all the items are correct. I really hope you guys have cameras for stuff like this. As I am walking through the Towel aisle, I was a bit overwhelmed with all of the colorful and textured towels this specific Walmart location offers, since I couldn't choose which towels to pick, I decided to ask a very good, well looking, employee named Nick, who was glad to help. Nick showed me the different towels they offered inside the store and even looked online for even more exclusive towels. I was FASCINATED by his dedication and hard work to really listen and assist me with this simple task! The Auto Center was a life saver for us today. We are in a road trip with another 10-12 hours to go and ended up with a flat tire. (My car is jinxed, I swear). It is a holiday (4th of July) so everyone is closed except for Walmart. There are moments when you truly appreciate Walmart and their hard working staff and today was one of them. My first visit to this new Walmart and I felt a little let down. It was not completely stocked, and also felt that's its inventory was not great. Many aisles were difficult to maneuver due to people trying to stock shelves. It was nice and clean. The young woman who checked me out was slow and that's ok but she dropped my very expensive honey crisp apple and other fruits into bags with a very disturbing thump. We were supposed to pick up order between 6 and 7 PM . My husband showed up around 605 and was told the order will be ready in about 30 minutes. He agreed and began to watch a show on his phone while he waited. Around 630 he asked again if the order was ready, he was told another 30 minutes was needed. Seeing that it was still between six and seven he continue to wait and continue to watch TV on his phone in his Jeep Wrangler. Around 720 he finally went to speak to a manager and he was told that they would need another 30 to 45 minutes for the order. The manager did not offer anything in return for his ridiculous wait. He went around to the front of the store and asked to speak to a store manager, this manager did not offer anything until my husband asked what was going to be done to reimburse his time and patience. Finally the store manager gave him a $30 gift card, that's fine but now the order was still not ready and we were told that it would have to be delivered the next day. There were things in the order for both of my children's basketball and soccer games for the morning, drinks and snacks for both kids both on sale of course. That being said now we had to buy additional snacks and drinks, even though they had already been ordered and should've been ready before 7 PM. Dinner was also in this order so because of the long wait my husband decided to pick up pizza another $20 expense that shouldn't of happened. My husband was told that somebody would call about delivering the order "after the rush" and nobody called last night. Finally somebody did call in the morning and said that the order could be delivered between 12 and three, which is OK except we have basketball and soccer games to go to - including a couple out of town. Luckily our second game was canceled and we were able to be home in time to catch the phone call saying that the driver was 10 minutes away. Everything was delivered to my front step, but nothing was shown as to what was substituted and or canceled - so I suppose I have to go through my order to figure out what I received what I didn't. read more
