OK, so I guess I'll wait a week for Fedex to give up, they can have their amp back, I'll get my refund, and I'll go buy it from one of the 1000 other sellers on Amazon that are somehow able to conduct business online without shooting themselves in the foot. The majority of their stock is used vinyl and that's great if you're into that, which I am not. The new records I did purchase had permanent impressions on the cover from their anti-theft tag. there were only a couple people in the store. How hard is it to pay attention to what they are doing. A lot of used hi fi gear that's not in great shape seems to be collecting dust. Pretty underwhelming experience overall and I won't be back. It was my second trip. Too many other good record stores in the Tampa Bay Area to patronize.
