I asked the worker in the front with glasses and he checked and told me that in their system, it looks like the Santa Anita mall might have the one I wanted but for the older season which I was fine with so he helped me call to make sure they have it but unfortunately it was an error in their system but I appreciate the help and wonderful service I was given! It's really strange that so many people here are complaining about customer service. Maybe I've just been lucky in the dozen or so times I've been here? My only somewhat complaint is that sometimes certain parts of the store could use a bit of clean up and often times their website says they have something in a certain size and I show up only to find out that they don't, in fact, have it. I don't know if that's an online inventory issue or if customers are just returning things to the wrong area and then it just gets lost in the shuffle of the store. Either way, I have certainly been burned by that a few times. To the point where if I am going to come here for something specific, I'll give them a call to confirm before I drive all the way out here. Prices are great here and selection is good. I would say once you get to the larger sizes the inventory might not be as great, but they do stock it which I appreciate. So, in all, if you are in the mall and you want to shop for some affordable clothes that you know won't fall apart after one or two washes, American Eagle should certainly be one of your stops.
