The return policy has always been super strict and a little unfair. For starters, you can not return something and get your money back for any reason, however they do allow you to exchange. Please make sure that the tiny little price tag is still attached to the dress because they will not allow you to exchange the dress even if the little price tag is not on. To me that is an extremely petty reason to not accept an exchange on an item. Also do not mention whether or not you wore the dress even if it was for 30 minutes because they will not accept it. As far as value, most of the items there are worth the price. For the store to be there for so long they don't really offer many discount options and they don't have many sales.... Just marked off prices on items that don't sell.

Shortly before closing, I was in the area and finally had a chance to experience this shopping gem. What a beautifully laid out store. I was in a last minute predicament for a wedding and after waiting on a dress that was not going to arrive on time I went to various stores. BeMe Chic was the only store that had a very similar specific color and similar style to the desired dress that I had ordered. The owner altered it last minute stating that it needed to be hemmed when I was clueless and didn't even really consider that factor. I would highly recommend this store for the range of dress codes, customer service, and value for the overall experience.

She was able to rush the alterations and do them with only 3 days notice (dont put this kind of stress on her if you dont have to, but I am extremely grateful that she was able to do this for me!). In addition to Linda's beautiful dresses, this is also a beautiful boutique with chic fashion- jeans, tops, purses, shoes, jewelry, accessories. One stop shop to put together a perfect outfit for any occasion.    One more thing I HAVE to mention- Linda also has a really good fashion sense and an eye for what looks good on your body type. Unfortunately, the excitement ended the moment we walked through the door. We weren't greeted, welcomed, or acknowledged. Instead, the employee behind the counter immediately began staring us down like we were criminals. The store is covered with handwritten signs telling customers what NOT to do, which should have been our first clue about the atmosphere. Even my husband commented that we should leave because of how uncomfortable and unwelcome the employee was making us feel. Despite that, my daughter found a squishy she loved, so we decided to make a purchase. While I was paying, my son and daughter were looking at keychains that were placed directly on the checkout counter. One accidentally came apart, and before my transaction was even finished, the cashier snapped, "Your daughter broke that, now you have to pay for it." I asked for my receipt and declined. The cashier then went to another employee, who came over and scolded me about making sure my daughter didn't touch the keychains. Here's a thought: if you're so concerned about children touching merchandise, don't place small, fragile items directly in front of customers at the register. What upset me most was that my daughter left in tears. She came into this store excited to spend her own money on something she loved and left feeling embarrassed and upset over the way we were treated. I've never felt so unwelcome in a store. The employees acted as though customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason they have a business. The entire experience felt hostile, judgmental, and rude from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. Needless to say, we will never be back.
