Our requirements were demolition, removal of old fence and installed new NO-SIDE fence with Redwood planks. Everything was confirmed and the price split in 2, I pay mine and he pays his, we use credit card to set up payment. The first appointment was canceled and the second was done in one day. Alessandra was the coordinator and she did a great job making sure everything to our convenience. I wasn't home while they started and finished the job, my neighbor was there. The job was done beautifully. I'm very pleased. Will I refer this company to my friends and families? Yes, of course.

His estimate was reasonable, removal of the old asphalt was quick and neat. He fit us in between bigger jobs and laid new asphalt, being careful of our existing plants and rock work. Job came in at estimate and the new, smooth surface really made a difference for my disabled dad. This week, after texting James, l got the driveway sealed. Care was taken to clean the surface, fill superficial cracks from tree roots and the new seal makes it look like new. Again, care was taken not to splash the rock work, no runs, no street stains, very professional. A local business you can trust.

Good communication, he showed up early and got it all done in one day. I didn't realize how out of level the existing slab was but he was able to accommodate and the section he poured was perfectly level. I did however end up renting a scarifier to bring down some parts 3/4" and grinding that smooth. In hindsight, I should have had Joe and his crew initially work it down like that from the start. But I guess in the moment it was too rushed to figure out the ideal compromise. The concrete delivery truck did come up short. He had to go and get bags to hand mix. That wasn't ideal since I was going off a spec sheet that said no hand mix. Overall it was an enjoyable little project and Joe and his crew did an excellent job. Can't wait to put the slab to use!
