    Just recently went from AT&T to Verizon, and it was the worst decision I could've made. I went in…read morewanting a family plan and was told by Donnell that my husband's phone will only be six dollars a month and if we traded his phone, we will get a $600 gift card and all these perks so it sounded great. We signed up gave him the old phone and got the Verizon phone and thought everything was set. We get our first bill and his phone is not six dollars and that is not including the service fee and startup charges. And we never received our $600 gift card like promised. When we called to ask about it, they said they still had our phone and it was never turned in. They were going to fix the situation now and we got a ticket number to reference it from the "manager" Sophia. I Was also told they would follow up in 24 hours to make sure we received our gift card. no one followed up. We never got a gift card. We went back to the store to find out what was going on. They looked up the reference number and nothing was linked to it. Everything everyone said was a lie. They basically just stole our money to gain our business and lie to us. Do not go there do not trust them. It's all a scam. I am still to this day trying to get in touch with a true manager to speak too but no luck.

This took my man cave to a whole new level I will enjoy for years to come. My 8-year old said "I wasn't a big speaker fan before, but I am now!" I didn't know what I was doing, but Jon was very patient with me and I learned a lot. This setup makes movies and gaming out of this world! I cannot say enough good things about the customer service and professionalism I experienced. They really took their time and made me feel very special. He designed and installed a sonos system that combines built-in speakers with sonos one units and it works great. He also installed our TV and integrated it into the sound system. He's a great guy to work with; smart, friendly, and really knowledgeable. Best of all, he was available to address issues with the system and spent a lot of time with Sonos tech support and on the phone with me while we were working out the inevitable kinks. Everything is working perfectly now and I couldn't be happier. You can't go wrong with Jon. Highly recommended.

    I am convinced that Sprint has an evil plan to piss off their customers one at at time…read more So when I realized that my contract was over, and I could switch to the almighty Iphone...I did just that. And I did it IMMEDIATELY. I went to this store to get everything set up. After visiting this place 3-4 times for various issues, I realized these are some of the friendliest most helpful mofo's ever. Today I went for a simple issue. I didnt have my charger, and my phone was dead..so I needed to charge it. I was greeted with a friendly greeting, and immediately helped. While my phone charged, I brought in my laptop to do some work. I was interrupted 2x....one time an associate made a quick joke about the Yankees cap that I was wearing...the other time one of the employees suggested that I turn off my blue tooth on my mac so all my information was not available... Helpful/kind/funny..for no reason at all. Although the service with AT&T sucks, the employees are incredible, and never give me any grief. Keep up the good work.

Because I'm so livid at this point it's taking a lot for me to remain positive and concise . Initially I requested to exchange my phone number for a new number. Not a new phone , not an additional line . A NEW PHONE NUMBER!!! I have received two additional phones on my account without my knowledge, but the phones do not physically exist which brings me to 4 phones on my account . I have been on the chat line 4 times , I have spoken directly to customer NO SERVICE by phone about 6 times !! Explaining it was only supposed to be a new phone number swap which is free. Wait for it ! Then the rep disconnected my phone and I couldn't make any calls . Ha !! This all happened in a span of two days . Ok , since the reps do not speak or understand clear English, not even by chat . I went to the nearest AT&T store. This location . The rep. restored the phone service and swapped out the old PHONE NUMBER for a NEW PHONE NUMBER . The old number was to be removed . Supposedly . Wait for it ! I get a text message 1 week later with a bill extremely high and congratulating me on the new phone . What phone ? The old number was never removed . This is how I ended up with 4 phone lines and two physical phones. What sense does this make? I was standing in front of the rep and he was an American. Which spoke clear English and he still didn't satisfy my concerns. Yesterday , July 8, 2026 a rep by the name of Peter called me apologizing for the confusion. He said , he didn't understand the notes on my account and wanted to know which phone number is to be deleted ? I hate to use the word pissed , but I have reached to the extent of being pissed off . What ? Once again for the millionth time I explained the situation. He repeated my request back to me more than 5 times to make sure I felt he understood. Later that day . I received a text that the 90.00 charge was removed and the old phone number will be removed on the next billing cycle . The bill still looks relatively high for 2 phones . How do I know that I'm not being charged a hidden fee for something I didn't request? I've been with AT&T as a customer when it was doing business as Bell South Mobility. Decades ago ! Probably 30 years or more . Is it time for me to leave ? Cell service shouldn't be this expensive anyway , but at least provide the customers care I deserve ! I will be writing a complaint to corporate . How is it that a communications company lack communication and comprehension?
