I tried two different times to turn in my Wi-Fi Booster and they told me to keep it or throw it away. After I changed to another phone provider T-Mobile turned me in to the Collection Agency for not returning this Wi-Fi Booster. Now, T-Mobile CEO Reps don't want to help us, so have sent it to Federal Communications Commission for results. T-Mobile does not work with there customers, bottom line. read more

Just tried to buy a New iPhone 13 at the T-mobile shop in the Cottonwood Mall. Store was empty, with the Manager and one other employee in the store. I wasn't allowed to walk in the store until they checked my current plan. Then, when I said I wanted to look at the new iPhones, the manager said "are you gonna buy one?" When I said I needed to look at and feel it first because picture taking was the most important aspect of having a new phone, he reluctantly let me enter, but then wouldn't take off the security lock. He said he was concerned that I might steal the phone, although I am 75 years old, and look it. I'm going to switch to a different carrier now, but wanted to let the company know what kind of service it is providing. read more

This store is full of unprofessional individuals from the store manager to certain employees. One in particular is "Amanda" this undereducated associate has no clue how to provide any type of customer service. I've had to deal with her two time and the second time she said "I don't have to deal with you this time" I'm not one to try like trash I will do my best to have her disciplined to the fullest within TMobile personal policy. The store manager is also no help he just sits in the back as if he thrones the cottonwood TMobile store. I never with the 18 years I was with Verizon ever been treated like this. This is unacceptable and I will do it all in my power to make it a point that no one does business with this store location. read more

While I have mixed feelings about T-Mobile in general, I had a great customer service experience at the Coronado mall location of T-Mobile. I worked with Joseph who listened to my concerns and assisted me beyond my expectations. He took the time to look at my plan and the individual phone issue and didn't try and sell me something i didn't need. I explained an issue I had with T-Mobile customer service and he took it upon himself to call and fix the issue. In the current climate of bad customer service as the norm, Joseph gave me hope. Trying to find a good place to buy a new cell phone is never easy, as most of the time you are bombarded by sales associates with out any room to breathe. Well this location isn't any different. Prices for phones now are super expensive with all the high tech features, but that is expected. I find it hilarious how the first cell phone was enormous, through time we tried making them as small as possible until recently now it's became a huge accessory we lug around once again. This location is in the cottonwood mall, so it's got a lot of foot traffic. It's convenient in the mall so you can buy a cover and accessories for a lot cheaper at the kiosks around the mall. When I bought my phone here I qualified for an accessory pack, I wasn't fully explained what that meant and what options I had. They started just adding accessories until I asked what was going on. But they should have let me decide if I wanted it and what items I did want, so after I asked I was able to put their items back to pick out what I wanted. Customer service was fair, it's the facade of being a commission sales associate that makes them seem genuine read more
